Hey bro,

My date with Mackenzie was great--not romantically but in a friendly manner.

She told me she still likes her straight best friend and is actually scared to date. She just gave in to the suggestions of her friends to try it and quit if she would not like it.

Her intentions were so pure that I was actually afraid of disappointing her. So I invited Elliot, our team's center, who has a crush on Mackenzie. I know Elliot will treat her better.

Before I left, Mackenzie told me that she agrees with what Stevie said that I am charming. Can you believe that? STEVIE THINKS I AM CHARMING.

But I better not raise my hopes up. It doesn't even mean Stevie finds charming attractive.

I got to prepare for the party now.

"What do you think of Ally?" Cammie asked as we were decorating Sleepy Noodle, the club where we were hosting the party.

I was caught off-guard. "Why are you asking me?" I answered defensively.

"You go to school together. Shannon thinks Ally's cool but her reputation makes me worry about her being a bad influence to Shannon."

"Relax. Ally will not be a bad influence to Shannon. Ally is a good person who makes bad choices. She is actually smart, funny, sweet and thoughtful."

"You sounded like you like Ally."

"What? Well I do not like her." I lied.

When the party started, I saw Mackenzie arriving with Elliot. I wondered what happened to Ally and Mackenzie's date last night--what did Ally find out this time? I was expecting Ally to bring a different date from her database.

But Ally arrived alone, surprisingly. Some of our classmates surrounded her immediately. They were obviously flirting with her. I did not want to see it so I busied myself in making sure everything was fine.

Shannon helped me escape the girls crowding me. She told me to hang out with her, her girlfriend, Cammie, and some of our other teammates.

"This is my beautiful girlfriend, Cammie," Shannon said as she introduced Cammie.

"Hi Cammie! I am Ally," I said.

"It is nice to meet you. I have heard great things about you from Shannon and Stevie."

I was surprised Stevie put up good words about me. "I heard more greats things about you from Shannon any anyone else." 

I had more pizza rolls than alcohol as I was being interrogated. 

"So I heard you have this compatibility algorithm," Cammie said. "How does it work?"
