It'd been three months and tour was hard. You'd wake up at 3am to catch a flight, a flight you knew you wouldn't sleep on, thinking once you closed your eyes on the plane you wouldn't be able to open them again, you'd get to the next city early morning or late afternoon, and then he and his friends were straight to work. Whether it was a concert or a press day, no matter how tired they were, or how much sleep they got, if they even got any.

"You did so good babe" you tiredly smiled as your boyfriend walked off stage all sweaty and still full of adrenalin. Grabbing a towel you gently wiped his face before he took his shirt off.

"You look tired princess, I told you to sleep while we played" The boy said, rubbing my cheek, looking down at me.

I shook my head

"I wanted to watch you play and be there when you walked off.." I said as I yawned

Calum smiled and kissed my lips softly.

"You're incredible, do you know that?" He says smiling, reaching out to hold my hand.

We get back to the hotel greeted by screaming fans. They were Calum's priority, he loves them. We stopped for many pictures and then got to our room, I sat down on the couch as Calum went to shower.

Call me when you get this. It's about her.

I tiredly looked over at the message on Calum's phone and frowned. He wouldn't would he?

"What's wrong?" He asks as he steps out of the bathroom with wet hair and a towel wrapped around his waist.

"You just got a message and I.."

"You were being nosy?" He said as he raised his eyebrows.

"Well no, I was just wondering who it was bec.."

"Because what? You think I'm cheating on you?" He said in a harsh tone, sending shivers down my spine.

I didn't say anything, I just stood up and walked out. His tone of voice reminded me too much of my father and his drunken rages.

I knocked on his door.

I hear a groan come from the other side of the door, knowing I had just woke him up, he wouldn't be happy.

The door creaks open and there stands this tired, cuddly, half asleep Luke Hemmings.

He stared down at me and could see the sadness in my eyes. Not saying a word he stepped aside and let me in, holding his arm out, gesturing to go lay down. I did as I was told and laid on the bed, as he shut the door and plopped beside me.

"What happened?" he grumbled and pulled me into his arms, closing his eyes.

"He's changed.." I whisper as Luke plays with my hair.

"I know, but so have you. Just give him time" he tiredly speaks

"Get some sleep" he says and kisses my head, slowly drifting off.

I sigh and close my eyes, holding Luke's hand slowly falling asleep.

"Wake up" Luke groans in my ear as I'm half asleep.

I rub my eyes and sit up, looking around the room.

"What time is it?" I groan, not wanting to face him at breakfast knowing he will be even grumpier then he was last night.

"About 6am" Luke yawns, looking at his phone.

I nod, standing up and walking towards the mirror in the bathroom. I was a wreck.

~Calum's POV~
I couldn't sleep last night. All I could think about was the expression on her face. It was the same look she had when her dad used to scream at her when he was drunk, throwing punches, kicking furniture, smashing glasses.

She was deathly afraid of her dad ever since her mum died. So many nights she stayed up crying, shaking, scared that he would come into her room and do what he did to her mum.

I shouldn't have gotten so defensive, it made me look guilty.

It was about her, yes, but nothing bad. I found out a big secret she hadn't told me before I left.

~Your POV~
I tried fixing my hair and looking presentable for the bands team and breakfast.

I groaned in frustration.

"You look fine, it's just breakfast" Luke spoke

I sigh and stand up, walking to him, sitting on his lap, closing my eyes.

"Carry me" I mumble against his chest, still half asleep.

In one swift movement, he stood up still holding me, and walked down to the break room which was away from the fans and the press.

I drifted off to sleep before we even got down there but awoke to being in someone else's arms. Tattoos down his arm, soft tanned skin. It was him.

I kept my eyes closed as I knew who it was.

"Did she sleep?"

"Yeah, but she was very fiddigity"

I could feel his eyes looking down on me, his beautiful eyes.

"I'm so sorry baby girl" he whispered in my ear, so no one in the room could hear.

"You need to stop getting so defensive and just confront her about it. People lie Calum" the eldest one of the group said.

"He won't, because he's scared that what they're saying is true" the blonde haired one spoke.

"Shut up!!" Calum yelled in frustration

I jumped and covered my ears, looking up at Luke, on the verge of breaking down.

"Deep breaths" he mouthed

"Nice one" Michael mumbled towards Calum

Calum looked down at me, seeing the fear in my face, he let me go.

I wiped my face and stood up slowly, not losing eye contact with Calum as I did.

"You said things would be different, I never thought you meant that in a bad way.." I said as I walked to the bedroom, not wanting to be here on this tour anymore.

I hear footsteps follow me and someone calling my name but I ignore them.

"Please wait!" As soon as he got in arms length he grabbed my wrist tightly.

I frowned and looked at him.

"I need you" he said as his eyes got glassy from the tears forming in them.

"I can't do this, everything has changed, for the worse.. Maybe, we weren't meant to.." I choked, I broke down, just like the day he left, my knees caved in and I fell to the floor, holding my chest, sobbing, struggling to breathe, anxiety based thoughts filling up my head, all of a sudden I became dizzy and I couldn't breathe.

~Calum's POV~
I caught her as she fell to the ground, laying her down on the carpet softly, and then ran inside grabbing a hand towel, putting it in cold water. I rushed back to her as she was passed out. I picked her up and laid her on my lap, I placed the towel on her forehead softly, rubbing her cheek as she shook in her sleep.

"What happened?" Luke says running towards me.

"She broke down" I say as I stare at her beautiful face.

"Maybe we weren't meant to be together" I say as I look at her wrist, redness forming from my grip.

"Maybe not, but don't let her leave the tour, you know what she'll do" Luke said as he sat beside me

"We used to be perfect" I said and closed my eyes, not wanting to show any weakness

"I'm going to call your family" he said as went to stand up

"No!" I shouted looking at him

"Yes. You need them Calum" he grabbed his phone and called my family, walking back to the break room.
