i couldn't get her off my mind
every time i went out
i'd secretly hope to bump into her
to see her smile one more time
man, i didn't think it was possible for a kid my age to feel this way
michael keeps me occupied.
he helps me temporarily forget.
i met him two years ago just a bit after lucy left
his first words to me were:
"i hate everyone in my grade, wanna hang out?"
i was 10 at the time
he was 11
he would always listen to my rambling
michael's really great at comforting me
i'm glad i have him in my life
