"I take it back, I take it back!" I plead, seeing the devilish grins on their faces. Why did I say that? I'll never hear the end of it if Matt found out.

"Is that true?" questions Connie, imaginary lightbulbs popping up on top of her head. "No, I said it by accident." I murmur quietly, almost so she could not hear.

"I have an idea. Follow us." said Lucille. I get up warily and follow the five girls down the stairs.

Soon after we arrive at a meet and greet photoshoot where Taylor, Aaron, Cameron, Nash, Jack J, Jack G, and Matt were wearing umbrella hats and posing for pictures.

Elspeth steps right up to Matt before the next girl could come. "Hey Matt," she said a slight sneer growing. "What do you have to say on this?" At that instant she whips out her phone from behind her back and shows him the picture of us kissing at the carnival. Everyone in the room began to make a crowd around Elspeth and Matt.

"Please don't make a scene. Please don't." I silently pray to myself. It was too late, anyway. Matt's face was a deep red and seems to be sweating. "That's not me." he lies. Instead of Elspeth backing down, Kelsey emerges from the crowd to stand next to her.

"Oh, yeah? She said you were her boyfriend. Pickles don't lie, right?" Kelsey swivels her head in my direction, waiting for an answer. Everybody in the room looks at me, impatient for me to answer. When you think about it, this is a lose - lose situation.

I catch my breath, trying to find my voice. "I dunno" I mutter, barely audible. "What? I couldn't hear you from here!" yelled some one from the back of the crowd. I was nearly about to cry until Matt saves me from losing my dignity.

"Look, if I tell you we're dating, will you calm down?" he says, nearly screaming. "Don't tell us out of pity, tell us 'cause it's true." interrogates Connie. She puts her hands on her hips and waits for an answer. I couldn't stand it anymore. I took a deep breath. "Yeswearedatingcanyoudousa favorandletusbe?" I blurt out, feeling a weight being lifted of my shoulder. Oooooo's and squeals fill the room. I look down at my converses without the intent to ever look up again.

Soon there were people chanting " kiss kiss kiss kiss" at us, hoping we'll break under pressure. That's exactly what happens. Matt and scoot up to each and aligns his mouth with my ear.

"We should kiss, just to make this last shorter" he whispers, giving me chills. I give off a slight nod of agreement, then he holds both my hands.

"On my count," I whisper. "One....Tw-" Matt doesn't let me finish, instead he goes tounge first into my mouth. He wraps his arms around the lower part of my back, and I take mine and put them around his neck.

At this point, not even I can say that we aren't a couple. Part of me would be more than glad to be his girlfriend, but then my other half reminds me about the time we actually dated, and all the mean tweets and death threats that came along with it.

I realize we are still kissing, so I let unravel his arms arms and step back. I resume looking down at the floor; I hate myself right now. "We're still not dating." says Matt his hands in his kangaroo pockets. Pretty much everyone begins snickering.

"There's no point denying it," shrugs Lucille. "You two were just motorboating in each others mouths." I turn a bright pink and wince back my tears.

"Well anyway with the meet and greet!" says Aaron, scooting past people to get back in his position.

Soon everything is back to normal, until Matt takes my hand gently and says "I need to talk to you."
