Harper
Being the person I am, you'd probably never expect me to be bored, but I always am. My closest friends have priorities, unlike me. For instance, Cameron just reached five million suscribers. Jack And Jack's album just hit number one on ITunes. I'm truly lucky to be able to call them friends, but they're always busy. Oh well. I pop on my headphones and go on Youtube. I lost track of time, so I was 10 minutes behind going to the airport to pick up Matt. He missed his family so much that he decided to come back to see them. What a reliable person I am. I get in my car and hope I'm not late.
In about 20 minutes, I arrive at the Richmond International Airport. The tables have turned now; I am waiting for Matt. While I am in my car, I get a Kik message from Aaron asking me if I wanted to join their group chat. Well, duh. Once I enter, I realize that I walked into a knee-deep coversation about why male seahorses give birth. The conversation went a bit like this:
Nash: if I lived in the sea, I would want to be a mermaid, obviously.
Jack J: No, you'd be a seahorse because them you can fulfill your dream of giving birth.
Aaron: Male seahorses don't give birth. That's a female job.
Harper: Feminist.
Shawn: Male seahorses do give birth. Look it up on Google, you idiot.
Taylor: Yea, they make about 2,000 babies!
Harper: As a female, I consider this topic uncomforting.
Carter: Nobody even asked you, Taylor. Your such a smartass.
Jack G: Your just jealous of his intelligence.
Matt: Your just jealous of DEEZ NUTS!
Cameron: Goddammit, Matt.
Matt: I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to Harper. She's right next to me. Hi Harper!
At that instant, I look to my left, only to see Matt's face squished against my window. Since he didn't flinch I began to toggle the window switches, making it go up and down crushing his nose. Within seconds he both broke out in a fit of laughter. I got out of the car and opened the trunk so he could put his bag in. After that, he caught me off guard and gave me a bear hug. It was nice at first, but then I couldn't breathe. "I...can't...breath...Matt." I said with my face red. Immediately he let go and said "Whoops. I didn't mean to kill you. I just missed you." I was going to hint that he was here in Virginia to see his family 2 weeks ago, but I left it alone. We both hopped in the car and buckled up. When he turned on the radio, we both grinned in happiness at the song. Long story short, we sang "Call Me Maybe" so loud we got a ticket from a nearby police officer. I'm going to have lots of stories to tell my grandchildren.
