A brotherly love

Everyone finds out - Hermione

I was locked in the common room for a couple days until Malfoy got used to me. Then he finally brought me out to the great hall. As I walked beside Malfoy, I was forced to follow him to the Slytherin table.  He sat at the middle of the table and went to talk to his friends. I waited patiently for him to give me food but he didn't. I've waited for about twenty-five minutes and still nothing. I walked around the Slytherin table hoping someone could give me food and luckily, Blaise Zabini saw me and handed out chicken for me to take. I ran and ate it. He laughed and filled me a little plate with meat.

Since I was an animal, I couldn't eat vegetables or fruit. Only meat. After I was done, the dish disappeared and Zabini kept watching me. I soon figured out very slowly that not all Slytherins are cruel. So I decided to jump onto his lap. He didn't push me off, instead he started petting me with his left hand and ate his dessert with his right. I couldn't help but feel calm at the petting. I slowly started to fall asleep when Harry came in and yelled "Hermione! You are with....THEM!" Soon the great hall started whispering about me when Malfoy yelled out "so what if she is! You are the one that cursed her!" And all of the Slytherins nodded.

I was shock, the Slytherins sticking up for me. Eventually I fell asleep but I was able to hear the argument. "Hermione! Come with us instead of the Slytherins"  "after what potter did! There's no way! Beside she is under our care!"  "Really! I think she would prefer her friends. And what Harry did was an accident! Beside who gave you the permission to have her under the Slytherins care" and all of the Slytherins yelled out in union "professor Snape!" Soon all of the Gryffindors became silent and I felt Zabini pick me up and say "all of the Slytherins made a deal. We made an exception for you. No matter how much we hate muggle borns, we always liked you though we had to act like we hated you. That's why we stood up for you, we really want you to be our friend" was taken aback at what Zabini said.

The Slytherins wanted to be my friend the whole time though they acted like they hated me. I snuggled into Zabini arm and licked his fingers as a way of saying "the Slytherins are my friends" Zabini smiled and said "thank you Hermione, I understood what you said. SLYTHERINS! Hermione is now our friend!" I opened up my eyes lazily to see every Slytherin smiling at me. I nodded my head before completely falling asleep. Now everyone knows that I'm Hermione granger, now friends with the Slytherins.
