The Light Behind Your eyes- Goku (part two)

" Y/N, you'll be okay right? "
Worry filled Goku's glossy eyes. You had went to Namek with the saiyan, and he had defeated Freeza and taken the tyrant's ship back to earth. You had been terribly wounded, and somehow survived through the weeklong fly back to earth. Goku never left your side, in fear you would sleep and never wake again.
" I will be fine Goku, calm down. "
You reassured him as he held your hand in his. Goku was already pretty damn tired after watching you and barely sleeping for a week, and you being only moments away from death didnt help a bit.
Your breathing was the only thing that you could really hear at this point; In... out... in... out... But Goku made sure every few minuets that you were still talking. He would kiss your hand over and over, drawing your attention, then he would give you a loving smile. Jeez, this guy. Well, you cant be mad at him, you love him too much.
" We are ready for you two, what happened? "
The doctor asked Goku as he inspected your wound. The saiyan growled at the doctor as you flinched. " Well, we may need to stitch it up, and keep her in the hospital for a few months. That's one nasty cut you've got there. " He stood up as he checked your vitals. To his amazement, your heartbeat began to slow. Goku began to panic, " Do something, Doc! Please!! "
The doctor frantically put a needle in your arm, making you pass out. You woke up, and saw Goku holding your hand as he slept facedown on the table you laid on. Something wet was on your arm. It seemed like water, so you licked it. A salty taste filled your mouth as you realized these were tears. " G-Goku...? " You shook him softly as he shot up, " Y/N! I'm right here.. " He hugged you tightly and kissed you over and over as he began to cry tears of happiness. " You're alright!!" He laughed as you smiled, " Y-Yeah..!" Then, as if fate just had it in for you, your heartbeat slowed once more. " Y-Y/N?! " Goku's tears of happiness then became tears of pain, " Y/N!! " He screamed as you shut your eyes and your heartbeat stopped.
Goku pounded on the table in rage, as he began to cry again. The next day, the doctors found you both dead. Goku had killed himself, just to be with you.

I guess death doesnt separate love.
