Me: yeah sure what's up???
Steven: well, there is a dance coming up....
Me: yeah, I'm not going. I don't got a date.
Steven: I was wondering if you want to go with me as best friends of course????
Me: Sure I'd love too. Since neither of us got dates.
Steven: Okay, let me know the color of your dress when you get one. So I can go get a tie to match and your corsage.
Me: I forget when it is. Do you remember???
Steven: The dance is October 20th.
Me: Okay thank you. I'll go dress shopping this weekend.
Steven: Can I come with you? I ain't got nothing better to do.
Me: Sure you can come with me. Come over Friday afternoon. So like 4 o'clock after school.
Steven: Alright, I'll see you in two days then to go shopping while we are at it I'll look for my tie. That's if you get the dress.

Me: I got to go . I'm sorry . I wished I could stay but I got chores to do.
