I opened my eyes. I tried to sit up.

"Shh, sit down. You're not strong enough." A soothing voice said, gently pushing me down.

"Shawn?" I croaked. His gentle face smiled down at me. "What happened?"

"I can't talk about it. I mean, I won't." He said, looking down. His eyes filled with tears.

"Where is he?" I said, squinting against the bright hospital lights.

"I, uh." He stuttered.

"Tell me!" I demanded.

"He's in the room next to you." He said quickly. "Apparently, you beat the shit out of him."

I shook my head. No, I couldn't have. I passed out. My phone dinged. I looked down.

From: Unknown
You did pass out. It wasn't you, it was me.

I blinked, confused. What?

To: Unknown
Thank you. Who are you?

From: Unknown
You were right to give thanks but wrong to ask my identity.

To: Unknown
What? Okay. What's you're first name at least?

From: Unknown
Taylor.

To: Taylor
Taylor. That's a very nice name. Taylor C?

From: Taylor
Yes. Can we talk?

To: Taylor
Yes please.

From: Taylor
Go outside and across the street. Now.

To: Taylor
I can't, I'm not strong enough.

From: Taylor
I think you'll find that you can if you try hard enough.

Okay, I'll admit, that was a little creepy. I pushed myself upright and gasped. I could do it. Now this is creepy. I swung my legs over the side of the bed and stod up. I wobbled a little, and pain shot through my legs. I winced, but it quickly went away.

To: Taylor
I'm on my way.

I pulled on the clothes that were neatly folded on a nearby chair and checked myself out after assurig the nurse at the reception desk that I was fine. I stalked across the street to low and behold, Target. I walked in the doors and heard a loud grumbling noise. I looked around but did not see anybody close to me. It happened again and I felt my stomach tingle. My stomach was growling. I laughed and made my way to the snack aisle, grabing some Flamin' Hot Cheetos. I walked to the end of the aisle and grabbed a white monster from the big fridge cooler thing. I was heading to the checkout, passing the bed frames and sheets and such, when a hand grabbed me and pulled me back. It was completely dark so I grabbed my phone and turned on the flash. The face of none other than Taylor Caniff stared at me in the brightly illuminated space.

"Taylor, is this really necessary?!" I whispered loudy. He giggled. Yes ladies and gentleman, the one and only Taylor Caniff giggled.

"Can I hug you?" He asked. I just nodded, shocked. He wrapped his arms around me and I inhaled deeply, savoring his scent. It was beautiful. I wrapped my arms around him in response. He smelled so good.

"Sweet baby Jesus." I muttered and he laughed.

"So about the whole thing?" I said, trailing off. He sighed.

"Right. Well, I was with my friend and we were looking through the wndows, trying to find his brother's room, right? That's when I saw you passed out and that sicko touching you. I broke through the window and went all ape shit on him."

My eyes glistened. I threw my arms around him, where they were just moments before.

"Taylor, thank you so much. I seriously am just.. Ugh!" He smiled at me.

I suddenly doubled over in pain. It was my stomach, punishing me for not eating the perfectly delicious food in my hand. I rolled my eyes.

I tore open the bag and popped one in my mouth. My eyes rolled back as I mumbled through the food.

"Want some?" I asked. He laughed and shook his head. "They're all yours." He chuckled.

"Hey, what are you kids doing in here?!" A voice yelled. I gasped and shot up. I ran away from the big, burly man who yelled at us.

"Taylor, come on!" I yelled. I shot out of Target, setting the door device beepy thingys off. I looked back to see Taylor running behind me, a smirk on his face. As he passed the man, they high-fived. Something is not right.

I turned around just in time to see an open door right in front of me. A man reached out and grabbed me, pulling me in. But not just any man, oh no. It was Carter Reynolds.

"Let me go!" I screeched, thrashing around. He slapped me and I tasted blood.Taylor hopped in the car.

"Taylor, help!" I gasped, the hands constricting my throat preventing me from talking normally. He smiled and grabbed my chin, pulling my face closer to his.

"Oh sweetheart, I am going to help you. More than you will know." I was confused by his words. In one swift motion, He let go of my chin and slapped me across the cheek.

"Stop!" I yelled out. I kicked Carter in the face and he groaned. I dug my heel into Taylor's side and wiggled out. I silled onto the sidewalk and jumped up, starting to run. Yes, I am free. I started to run back into Target. I hadn't even made it in the door when a pair of arms wrapped around my waist. I twisted and writhed.

"Let go of me! HEP! SOMEBODY HELP!" I was shaken like a rag doll.

"SHut up!" A voice yelled in my ear. I saw a fist from the corner of my eye. It came whistling throuh the air. It hit my temple and my eyes rolled back, my body crumpled and I became limp in his arms.

I was unconscious, and God knows what they were going to do to me.
