We all know the saying "sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me."
But what they don't tell you is that words can hurt, even kill. Because words leave scars that aren't visible. Now, I know what your thinking "if someone's saying mean things or bullying you, just ignore them."
What happens when the bully... is your own mind? Your own thoughts? Yourself? How can anyone save you when your worst enemy is your self?
