His fist collides with my temple.
Whack.
"Ow! Leave me alone, Jason."
"Make me toothpick," he says demeaningly, standing over me.
"Don't call me toothpick," I say calmly, which surprises and scares me a bit. "Call me... Jumper."
I stand and launch myself at him and get in a few punches of my own.
Whack. Smack. Bang.
"Arrrgh."
Crack. I think his head cracks on the pavement.
"Whoooaaa!"
Poof.
"Wha-" I splutter. "What... what the? Where am I? This is weird. Why is it all white and snowy?"
I look up and see a shadow moving in the snow around me. I squint and make out the shape that is lurking around, making it's way toward me.
"Is that a... yeti!? Oh my god. It's looking at me!"
"Grrrrrr."
I let out a shaky laugh. "Nice meeting you yeti, but I've got to go. Bye."
I awkwardly wave before disappearing from it's sight, running away.
"Um. Ah. Oh, a cave. I can hide in there until all the yeti's are gone."
I find a cave and sit and calm down.
5 minutes later.
"Phew." I wipe my forehead "It's gone."
I start thinking about how I got here.
"Man, how did I do that? How did I teleport?" I wonder. "Now, how do I get back home, again?"
Poof.
"Whoa. Finally, I'm back home. Now, time to tell my mum why I'm an hour late!" I say, reappearing in my room, looking at the time.
I go downstairs and find myself in the kitchen.
"Hi mum," I say.
"Oh my god. You're an hour late, Jumper. You had us worried," she says, checking me over.
"Sorry mu- Wait. What do you mean us?"
A man I've never seen before walks into the room. "Hello," he says.
"Oh, Jumper, this is your new father. I was going to tell you, but you didn't show up in time."
I can't believe she would do this. I can't even think right now.
"Bye mum," I say. All I can think about is getting out of this house.
"Jumper-"
I interrupt her.
"No. I've got to go," is all I can get out as I leave through the front door.
"Jumper. Jumper," an unseen voice says. "Come meet me at Mojo Dojo and I'll tell you everything you need to know."
"What? Who said that?"
End chapter.

Authors Comment
Hi guys.
If you don't like this and you think it's too short, it's my first chapter of my first book, so please, have a little courtesy.
With the hour late thing, it has a time difference but as he jumps more it will get shorter each time.
Thanks.
