Pushing her reading glasses up the tip of her nose, Seiko read quietly in the living room. A sudden knock could be heard at the door, making Seiko roll her eyes, she had to be interrupted now, didn't she? Well, she hasn't had a break in what felt like years, so she'll let Yuu handle this one.

Her father, at the moment, had gone on a business trip which he'll be back from in a month. Her other siblings, Kei and Aya, were on vacation with their grandparents, they had been invited too but Yuu and Seiko had both declined. For one thing, Seiko didn't want to leave the country with Naomi back, and for Yuu, being thoughtful and polite like he always is, thought Seiko would be a little lonely in the house, so decided to stay under Seiko's care for the month, also not liking going abroad much.

"Yuu! Could you get the door, please?" Seiko yelled, not taking her eyes off the book she was currently reading. Little footsteps could be heard upstairs. "Awwww, why can't you? Your closer to it" The ten year old wined, popping his head into view from the staircase.

"Because your sister is very tired today after all she's been through these past two months..." Seiko trailed off, mumbling some bits. Yuu finally came downstairs and walked towards the front door. "Then I don't understand why you go out so late at night if your tired all the time, sis" Yuu explained, as he opened the door.

"Hello there little dude, is your parents home?" A man, tall with a well fit body, which was clothed in black armor which almost looked like clothes, minus the handgun on his belt, had grey eyes and short black, blue-ish hair. Two men with helmets and assault riffles stood behind him.

Yuu furrowed his brows at their appearance. Finally answering the tall man's question, he shuck his head. "Aw, that's a shame, is there any guardian or someone looking after you then?" He asked Yuu again, bending over on his knees to face him.

Yuu frowned. "Why is he talking to me like I'm five? I'm ten" He huffed in his head. "My big sister is home, you want her?" Yuu asked the man, folding his arms over his chest in annoyance. "Yes please" The man said politely.

Yuu nodded. "I'll go get her then" And with that, Yuu turned and walked towards the couch.

It was amazing how fast Seiko could fall asleep, Yuu had thought. Shaking his sister awake, Seiko awoke from her slumber. "What ya want, Yuu?" Seiko yawned, taking off her reading glasses and rubbing her eyes. Yuu pointed towards the door.

"Some weird men at the door needs to talk to you and not me, for some stupid reason" Yuu explained, crossing his arms again. Seiko let out another yawn, before standing up, patting Yuu on the head, and walking towards the door.

Facing the men directly, Seiko gave the exact same expression as Yuu when she saw their uniforms. "Ah, you must be the sister, yes?" The man in front said, smiling slightly.

Seiko leaned against the door frame and snorted. "And who are you supposed to be? The national army?" She giggled lightly into her fist, making all the men roll their eyes.

"No, miss, we're Paranormal Investigators, we came to ask you some questions" Seiko suddenly stopped laughing, oh shit.

She sweat dropped and avoided eye contact with the men. "W-well, its awfully late tonight, I'm so sorry I don't have time for your questions, goodnight" Seiko went to close the door, only met with the man keeping it open with his foot, making Seiko opening the door once again.

"I don't think so, miss. There has been sightings of some things that aren't very 'human' so we've been called here by the public to come to this town and investigate, or should I say, exterminate" The man explained, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a badge.
