The Fall... And the Rescue - Chapter One

No One's POV
It was a day like any other for you, a young  child of 8. You were skipping around the fresh garden surrounding the mountain that you loved to go to every early morning, around 5 am or so. Your legs ran as quick as possible to a large drop and hole in the ground, your natural place to find items. Slowly, looking over the edge, you fall, almost as if something pushed you."Aghhh!!!" You scream as loud as possible, before your voice cracks and a horrible pain fills the back of your throat. Before you hit the ground all of the built up pain, fear and dizziness makes you pass out and the last thing you remember is looking down and seeing a large patch of golden flowers....

Asriel's POV
I look forward, going to water my gold patch of flowers, when I see something horrible... A girl, my age of 8, falling towards my patch! The first thought I think is "Will she be alright?!" Followed up with "Are my flowers okay?!" I check her pulse too, and check for anything wrong with her. Nothing, good. I go check on my flowers and then carry the human to my mother, Queen Toriel. I am Prince Asriel Dreemurr.

No One's POV
As Asreil carries the you to his 'home' you slowly wake and mumble something like an unsure and curious whisper.  Slowly, you move about and open your eyes, looking straight into the eyes of the small monster-boy your age, making you blush slightly. "Oh... Hello Human!" The monster-boy says happily and excitedly. This makes you giggle slightly as you reply with "I-I'm called ___ you do know." You laugh slightly just remembering you're still in his arms. "I.. Oh, do you want me to stand up and walk..?" You whisper slightly. He shakes his head no and says to you "No-o, No its o-Okay. You need t-to rest... Uhm, ____." The way he pronounced your name made you giggle and you lightly tapped his shoulder. "You sure there ?" You laughed and swung your legs over her shoulders and climbed onto his back. "This should be easier than carrying me." You said, now on a piggyback on his back, arms wrapped around his shoulders. He laughs in reply and keeps walking towards his house.

Your POV
I smile and help the Monster boy to open his front door. "I never got your name..." You say curiously to the boy. "Well," he replies, "I am called Asriel, Asriel Dreemurr, Prince of the Monster realm." He smiles like he had just said something normal, not at all out of ordinary. You sighed and walked forwards towards the opening door....
