Maddox's P.O.V
"So Luna wanna watch a movie"? I asked. We did some questions. We finished, time to relax.
"Wanna watch '10 Things I Hate About You"? She nods.
"It has Heath Ledger in it. I mean seriously. Don't get me started on the character he plays. Mmmmm... Patrick Verona". I pop the movie in and go sit down by her.
Halfway through the movie she curls up next to me.
Too engrossed in the movie I barley heard her whisper "This is my favorite part". I watch the part intently.
Kat is standing in front of the class, she takes a deep breath of air and speaks.
"I hate the way talk to me, and the way you cut your hair.I hate the way you drive my car. I hate it when you stare. I hate your big dumb combat boots, and the way you read my mind. I hate you so much iut makes me sick; it even makes me rhyme. I hate it. I hate the way you're always right. I hate it when you lie. I hate it when you make me laugh, even worse when I cry. I hate it when youre not around, and the fact that you didn't call. But mostly I hate the way I don't hate you. Not even close, not even a little bit, north even at all".
I look over at Luna and see her eyes becoming drowsy. Her breathing becomes slower. Eventully, her breathing becomes slow and even.
I gently scoop her up bridal style. I carry her to my room and lay her on the bed.
Hopeing she's asleep I start to talk to no one in important.
"I don't hate you mom. I will always love you".
Walking towards the door I command Xenia to watch over her.
"Goodnight Luna".
