I smile as I get out of the shower and get changed. I put on a light blue sleeveless t-shirt, with matching yellow pants and a dark blue jacket. I zip it up halfway and release my Pokémon. I grab my backpack and head out with my Pokémon following.
We eat breakfast and I refill my drink bottle. I then buy a can of Pokémon food and some human food and set out to meet Cilan. I, of course accepted the offer to travel with him. After all, the more the merrier! =)
I sit down on a bench and polish my Triplet badge. I grin at Lucario and Servine and stroke them.
"You ready?" I look up to see Cilan looking at me. I nod, happily. Then, we set off together, to the next town.
We walk in silence. Just walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk. And walk.
"So..." He starts.
"Yeah?" Servine and I ask. Lucario smirks and shakes his head.
"I was wondering where you got that Lucario." He says. I growl quietly in my mind.
"Well, you see. I was walking through route one, when i battled this trainer. I easily defeated him, and then he left to heal, but dropped a pokéball. I picked it up and ran after him, but he said it was weak and worthless. then he let me keep it. It was a riolu. I trained it and it evolved into a Lucario." I lied. I saw Lucario and Servine shake their heads.
"Wow." Cilan breathed. I feel pretty guilty, but shook it off.

"Use Vinewhip!"
"Dodge and use Gust."
The Starly dodged the incoming Vinewhip with great speed and got ready to launch a gust when Servines vines quickly grabbed ahold of it.
"Great! Now slam him down!" Servines Vines slammed Starly down, fainting it.
"Good job." Ben murmured, returning his Starly.
"You too!" I called to Servine, while giving her an Oran berry.
"Thanks." She said happily.
"What a Magnificent battle! ah..." Cilan shouted. Ben and I sweat dropped.
"Well, I gotta go and heal Starly up. Bye!" Ben shouted. He tipped his green and red hat and walked away. I grinned. Finally, we reached Nacrene city.
"Let's heal up." I suggested. Cilan nodded. We reached to Pokécentre and healed up. Then I went to the phone booth and called Proffesor Juniper.
"Hi!" She called.
"Hey." I laughed.
"So, how's Snivy?" She asked. I smiled and held Servine up.
"Impressive. She's already evolved. We-" a big Emboar cry could be heard.
"Well, I gotta go. Bye!" She called, running away. I shook my head, laughing.
Then I returned Lucario and Servine climbed onto my shoulder. We headed out. Cilan had gone shopping, so I would face the gym without him.
I found the gym and knocked on it. Suddenly, a man ran out crashing into me.
"Oh, sorry. My names Hawes." He introduced. Just then, Cilan came.
"Hey. I'm Cilan. Sh-"
"And I'm Luna." I glared. Hawes chuckled.
"I'm here to challenge the gym leader." I said.
"Ah." Hawes nodded. "Come in. My wife's the gym leader. Follow me." He said. I hesitantly followed him with Cilan close behind.
"Hello. I'm, Lenora." A lady said.
"Hi. I'm Luna." "And I'm Cilan. "
"Luna's here to battle you." Hawes said. I nodded. Lenora smiled.
"I haven't have a battle for ages." She said, stepping onto the battlefield. I followed suit and stepped up onto a platform.
"This match will be a two on two battle. The challenger can substitute Pokémon. Potions can not be used but you may use the field as your advantage."
"Okay, go Watchhog!" She shouted, releasing a Pig/dog/masked man/creature from its Pokéball.
"Servine, your up!" I shouted as Servine hopped off my shoulder onto the field.
"Crunch!"
"Wait when it's near, then doge and use vinewhip." I order. Servine nods and waits. Then, at the last second, Servine dodges and Watchhog slams into some steps, slamming his jaw.
"Ahhhhhhhhch!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He shouts. I wince. Then Servine lets her vines smash into Watchhogs jaw, causing it to shriek in pain and collapse.
"Good job!" I shout, hugging Servine.
"You battled well. I must say, your pretty impressive, but now it's my bust, come on Herdier!"
She threw a Pokéball, containing a doglike Pokémon with some cape/picnic rug on its back.
"Errrr!" It howled.
"Start!"
"Use Vinwhip."
"Dodge." As Herdier dodged the vines, I smirked.
"Use Growl."
Perfect.
"Intercept with Vinewhip then use energy ball." I command.
Servine uses her vines to smash the growl and then uses energy ball.
"Quick use fire fang!" Herdier quickly ran forwards and bit down with flaming teeth. Servine however, was still getting ready to use energy ball. She concentrated hard, when she felt the burning sensation. She angrily swatted Herdier away with her tail which made Herdier fly back. Then she unleashed her energy ball, fainting Herdier.
"We did it!" I cried, hugging Servine.
"Well done." Cilan smiles.
"Thanks!"
Lenora says something to Hawes, before seriously walking up to us. She hands me the basic badge, which I happily accept. She smiles, but only for as second.
"Danger is coming." She whispered to me, before walking away.
Danger is coming? What did that mean. I shrugged and looked at the baSic badge in delight.
