Part 11: Back To Reality

“Good Morning Princess.”

”Ay peklat!”

Sarah got surprised when she heard Sam’s voice. She just woke up and was comfortably curled up in her sleeping bag so she decided to linger a bit more. She didn’t know that Sam has been in the opening of the tent, watching her sleep and admiring her.

“Hahaha. As much as I want to stay longer and watch you, you have to get up and have your breakfast.” Sam smiled at her when she finally notices him and looks up to him.

“Good Morning too. Uhm, kanina ka pa ba dyan?” She shyly asked him. OMG! Bakit di ko napansin na kanina pa sya nasa pinto ng tent. Nakakahiya itsura ko for sure!

Sam, sensing her shyness towards him, said “Don’t be shy. You still look pretty, as always.”

Sarah, blushed further when she heard him. She decided to get out of her sleeping bag so he would not stare at her and give her endless compliments.

”Tara na nga at umagang-umaga ay binobola mo ko.” She got up and out of her sleeping bag. She consciously ran her fingers through her hair to fix it. Sam immediately extended his hand to her to help her get out of the tent. Once they’re out, he reached out to her and tucked in some of her hair behind her ear.

“Princess, you should know better that I always say the truth especially if it concerns you. Di kita binobola. You’ve got the prettiest face that I have ever seen and the most captivating smile.”

“Ehem, gustuhin ko man patagalin yang sweet moments nyo ngayong umaga, gutom na talaga ako! Ready na daw ang breakfast!” Yeng shouted from the door of the house.

Sam gave her a lop-sided grin and offered his hand to her. She gladly took it and together they walk back to the house.

“Sir Sam, andito na po ang sundo nyo.” Mang Tony politely informed them. They are just waiting for Sam’s driver to arrive with his van so they could go home.

“Thank you. Marami pong salamat sa pag aasikaso samin dito.” Sam earnestly replied to Mang Tony.

“Ay wala po yun Sir. Kasiyahan po namin ang napaglingkuran kayo nina Ms. Sarah and Ms. Yeng.”

“Papaano po? Mauna na po muna kami.” Sarah shyly said to Mang Tony and his family. She will surely miss the short vacation that she had here and she was grateful for the family’s kindness.

“Wala pong anuman, Ms. Sarah. Balik po kayo ulit pag nagka time po kayo.”

“Si Yeng nga pala, asan na?” Sarah inquired. She noticed that she was not with them.

“Hahaha, excited ata si Ms. Yeng. Nagpaalam na po kani-kanina lang bago kayo lumabas. Baka daw po maagawan nyo sya ng magandang pwesto sa sasakyan.” Mang Tony said while laughing.
