Part 5: Growing Up...

Hi Everyone! How are things going? Si Sarah paganda nang paganda everyday.. As in! :) I see her pictures everywhere (FB, Twitter, Instragram, etc.) and all I can say is, "Wow!" (Maisingit ko lang naman to).

Too bad, I have work last night. Tonight ako free.. T.T I could have watched the Dance Concert/Recital of G-Force.. Oh well, papel…

Anyways! Here's the 5th chappy! Salamat sa patuloy nyong pagtangkilik at pagbabasa ng aking akda... :D

Part 5: Growing Up…

(A day before Thursday)

(Cellphone Ringing)... "Hello? Yeng?" Sarah said as soon as Yeng picked up her call. 

"Oh Sars? I was about to call you na rin sana eh. Ano na bang balita?"

Closing her eyes tightly and trying not to let frustration get the better of her, she answered in a sad tone. “Ayun, feeling less positive about us going out of town this weekend. Naiiyak na ko Yeng!” 

Yeng tried so hard to stop herself from laughing. She can clearly imagine how Sarah looks like as of the moment. “Bakit? Negative pa rin ba? Di ka pa rin nagsasabi kina Tito at Tita ano?”

“Yeah, until now di ko alam sasabihin. Alangan naman sabihin ko na Mommy, Daddy, mag a out of town kami ni Yeng. Kami lang pong dalawa. So please, payagan nyo kaming umalis?” She said exasperatedly.

Yeng, couldn’t help it but burst out and laugh hard. “Hahahahaha! Hay naku Sars, naiimagine ko talaga how you look right now.”

“Yeng naman eh… PInagtatawanan pa ko eh. Napu-frustrate na nga ako. Wednesday na oh, gusto ko Friday sana makaalis na tayo so we can have Friday to Sunday all by ourselves. Pero eto, until now, di pa ko nakakapagsabi.”

“Hahahaha. Joke lang. I think I found a solution to your dilemma.”

Upon hearing this, Sarah felt a glimmer of hope. “Talaga? Ano?”

“Secret!” Yeng exclaimed.

“Yeng naman eh! Ano nga yun?”

“Teka, give me until tomorrow. Balitaan kita bukas.”

“Tomorrow? Sige, first thing in the morning ha! Tatawagan kita!”

“Hahaha. Okay…”

Yeng pressed the “end call” key and placed her phone down. Actually, she’s not sure yet on what to say to Sarah. Eric and Jed only texted her a while ago that they were able to “find a solution” to Sarah’s worries. She is yet to meet them later this afternoon to know what’s the solution. She’s also excited to know what’s the progress of her upcoming vacation with Sarah.

“Don’t worry, Sars.. I’ll find out as well later and will tell you everything about it…” Yeng said as she grabbed her keys and phone to head straight to ABS-CBN. She has a quick meeting with her manager and then would later on proceed with her meet-up with Eric and Jed.
