Never Ending

Chapter 14

(Chris Pov)

I held Amber's hand the entire 3 blocks pulling her to the building. She asked a lot of questions, but I just smiled and didn't say anything. We got to the side of the building where the blank wall is, thankfully the cans of paint were still there.

"What is this?" she asked.

"An apology." I said while handing her a can of spray paint. "Paint with me..... Please."

She looked at me in confusion and grabbed the can.

-20 minutes later-

I noticed how much she was into her work ace I just couldn't wait to show her why I really brought her there. She was focused on her work when I got a brush with orange paint on it and splattered it on her. She looked at me with anger and got blue paint and threw it back at me..... We have each other angry looks and then started laughing and throwing paint at each other while running into the building. She ran into the old ballroom where I had the big black curtain set up.

(Amber's Pov)

"What the hell is this?"

I turned around and saw Chris standing behind me with some  gratified roses.

"Yo these are beautiful! What are these for?"

He smiled and said "Just come with me."

To be honest I was a little creeper out by how secretive and smooth he was being but it was turning out to be good.

He led me to the farthest part of the showroom and up some stairs on the opposite wall of the curtain, giving me a good view of the entire space.

"Wait here."

He ran back to where we came in and yelled " You ready? "

I shouted back Yea and gripped the roses firmly.

He pulled a rope and the pulled back the curtain revealing a painted mural (right chapter picture)

I gasped and started shaking as he made his way over to me.

"Well do you like it?"

I punched him "Of course I love it!"

"Then do you think you can forgive me?" he asked with a sweet smile.

My smile faded.

"I don't know if I can."

He looked at me disappointed.

"Chris what you'd said really hurt and you should know that I would never do you like that.  You said you loved me but you jumped to conclusions.  Yes, Ronnie did make a move on me, but before you got there I told him that I was in love with you."

"Well now I really feel like an idiot.  I was way off.... "

"No Shit dummy. "

"Well baby the way it looked you were about to do something."

I looked away....

"Wait were you?"

(Ray Pov)

-In the gym-

I saw a girl in the corner of my eye that looked like she needed a hand. "You know your should really have a partner."

"You think so? " she asked trying to lift the weight off of her chest.

"Here." I lifted the weight off her and helped her up.

"Thanks. And I had a partner but she bailed on me for some guy."
