Chapter 9

(Brooklyn)

"Girl what have you been up to and why are you in here this time?" Ms.Jackson asked me. Ms.J is the guard where the holding cells are. Yes she knows both me and Amber because we've been there many times before but only for pretty stuff she knows that were good smart people it's just that we keep getting into trouble.

"I've been good trying to get my music out there and keep my grades up with all that stuff and for fighting again. But this time it wasn't my fault."

"Mmhmm it's never your fault, but how is Amber? And When you see her tell her I said hey."

"She's good too and I will" I smile and she smiles back.

Then scooter walked in and boy did he look pissed!

"Hey Scooter"

"Hey Ms.J."

He looked at me with disappointment

"Time to go."

Mrs.J opened the cell door and let me out.

"Bye y'all"

Scooter and I walked to the limo though the crowds of paparazzi. Once inside, I saw Kevin  sitting in the far corner of the limo.

"Kev what are you doing here? "

"Huh? "he wouldn't look me in the eye.

Scooter sat In the limo and blew a fuse. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING BROOKLYN?!"

"What do you mean?"

"Don't play dumb with me Kevin showed me the video."

I stared at Kevin wanting to kill him as he handed Scooter his phone.

Kevin: (Kevin hart voice) What's up guys we bout to get these bottles popped and get turnt tf up!  Yea!

Oh hey look it's Brooklyn! What's up Brooke let get turnt up!

Brooklyn: Not now Kevin I have some ass that needs to be beaten.

Kevin: :o it's about to go down! Move get out my way!

*Brooklyn walks up to mia and taps her shoulder *

Mia:"Who is touching me?!.. Oh look who it is"

Brooklyn:"I'm tired of your shit."

*brooklyn punches and kicks Mia's  ass*                                        

Kevin: SHES PUTTING THE PAWS ON HER!!!!!!!

*Chris and Amber start to break up the fight*

Kevin: Chris what are you doing man?!  You supposed to let them fight! You know what you a Mitch!

Chris: Shut up Kevin and move out my way before I step on you.

"Scooter it's not what it looks like " I pleaded.

Scooter looked at me with anger.

"It looks like you dont care about my authority." then he opened the limo door and I got out and started walking towards my house. As soon as I got in the house everyone looked at me with either Anger or confusion. Then I look again and saw August sitting in the living room staring at Chris really hard. What is he doing here? I mean I know thats Amber's older brother but I he usually calls when he visits.
