Scene: it's pouring down rain. You're looking for shelter but the streets are packed. So you decide to go into a phone booth. It looks spacious and no one would be able to see you in there.

"Hey! Watch it."

"Sorry...It's really pouring outside." I shivered. I squeezed my hair to get the excess water out.

I looked in the corner of my eye. He was staring at me. Was he irritated at the fact that I barged in here? I turned to look at him.

"Am I bothering you with my presence?" I asked.

"No. You're not."

He made eye contact with me as he spoke.

His eyes...they're so pretty.

"What's your name?" He asked.

"My name? Oh, how rude of me. my name's (your name). I started working at Dongshin university as an instructor. " I said.

His eyes widened. "Dongshin? What do you teach?"

"Art." I said.

When he looks me in the eyes I feel my heart thud and it makes me look away from him.

"You must really love to paint then." He said.

I could still feel his eyes on me as he spoke. Should I look at him? Why am I acting like this anyway? He's just some guy in the phone booth with me. It suddenly seemed like the spacious phone booth shrunk. The glass was fogging up. It didn't feel as cold anymore.

I finally got the courage to respond. "Y-yes. I am very fond of painting, I have many portraits and art pieces in my studio." I said.

He smiled. "Really? I'd love to come by sometime and see your work. I think art is very expressive and beautiful. It really amazes me how a persons hand can create such beauty in a canvas. It's as if they're allowing their passion do the talking rather than a thought or a simple idea. A painting can say many things about an artist."

Wow. I felt as if I was being swept off my feet. He seemed so interested. I felt my lips curve into a smile.

"I'd love it if you came by sometime." I said.

The rain came down harder and thunder accompanied it. I jumped up a bit startled. I hated thunder!

"You okay?" He asked.

"Umm...."

"What is it?" He said.

"You're going to laugh at me...." I said a bit embarrassed.

"You can tell me, I promise I won't laugh." He put his hand on his heart.

"Well....I'm afraid of lightening and thunder, especially thunder that literally shakes the ground. I just freak out." I said.

He chuckled.

"You said you wouldn't laugh....." I pouted and folded my arms across my chest.

"Sorry...I didn't mean too. It's cute." He smiled.

"Cute?" I looked up at him.

"Yeah, It's cute. I'm sure your boyfriend likes it too. Because if you get scared he comforts you and he knows just how to make the fear go away." He said.

"I don't have a boyfriend." I said.

"Really? I don't believe you." He said.

"I swear." I put my hand on my heart.

"Wow, that's hard to believe..." He muttered softly.

"Why?" I asked.

"Huh?"
