Hiding who I am (Harry Potter Fanfiction)

Oh no here comes the big one

“Are you sure you don't want to talk to your dad” Fred said.

“No” Demetria shot back trying to stare deeply into her Standard Book of Spells.

“Well maybe it'd help to talk to him” Fred pressed on.

“Honestly it wouldn't” she said.

“What happened besides the fact that he yelled at you for fighting a troll.”

“Nothing happened Fred just let it be.”

His hand touched her shoulder and she looked up and into his eyes, the deepness of the brown somehow comforted her and her hand reached up to caress his cheek.

When she touched his cheek he smiled and he leaned in and his lips touched her's.

She to her surprise kissed him back her mind seemed to rattle why was she kissing him, why did she like it, why did she want him to not stop.

His hands cupped her face and she pulled him closer and then she finally was able to get enough strength to pull away.

She kept her eyes shut then looked at him.

Bewilderment was all over his face and he said “Demetria I...”

She got up and ran out of the library and right into Cedric.

“Oh sorry” she said trying to pass him.

“What's wrong” he asked?

“Nothing I just need to go.”

“Where?”

“To the dormitry I forgot a book there.”

“Oh well then you could meet me in the library after.”

“No I can't I'm tired” and then she ran past him as fast as she could.”

The next day when she went to potions Fred sat next to her glancing at her she was now trying to avoid both him and her dad.

Then Fred said “Demetria please talk to me.”

She looked up at me and her heart stopped just seeing his brown eyes.

“Hey” he said.

“Hey” she breathed back.

“I'm sorry I kissed you at the Library I just.”

“You did what” said a cool voice.

She looked up into her dad's cold dark eyes.

“Sir I...I...” Fred stuttered.

“He uh kissed my hand” she said quickly.

Snape acessed his daughter and brushed it off.

“Thank's” Fred said.

Demetria nodded and he said “again I'm sorry.”

She touched his cheek and said “it's fine.”

He grabbed her hand and shut his eyes.

She turned her face away and he nodded and said “it never happened.”

“Never happened she repeated.”
