The Hidden Leaf:
Leader: Hokage Tsunade (it could be any of the Hokage rp-ers really..)
Homes: There are many different homes in the hidden leaf from apartments to houses, all in different colors but mostly red, yellow, green, and white. The houses can be taken down by ninjutsu and such but they're easy to repair!
The Land: The land is surrounded by walls to mark the village, though there are many buildings and small forests inside with even more forests surrounding the outside, hiding the village. You'll also see people hanging their laundry out above and see birds passing by.
Academy: At the Academy your young ninja shall be trained by Iruka or one of the other fine shinobi with a passion to teach young students! If your child meets the requirements:
Love the village and hope to help preserve peace and prosperity.
Have a mind that will not yield, able to endure hard training and work.
Be healthy in mind and body.
If the above conditions are met, admission to the Academy will be granted.

Weather Conditions: Most of the time sunny and warm with a few clouds, a bit breezy at times and occasionally rain.
Resturants: I recommend Ichiraku's Ramen Shop. Home of the best ramen you'll ever eat!
(this is all Narutopedia would give me..*sweat drops* But please don't flood Konoha! I know it's epic but come on man, think of Suna or even the hidden rain for a change..)
Island of Truth:
(You have to ask @xRoseTheifx if you can live here, it's her made up village)
Leader: Master Fujioka
Homes: Mostly cottages.....Very weak against ninjutsu, because usually ninja can't be bother to come over here. But very easy to repair.
The Land: Uh.....It's an island.....So Beach surrounding whole place, forest in the middle of the island, little cottages in the forest, marketplace is like on the outskirts of the forest.
Academy/School: Once again, not a ninja school. So therefore it teaches the kids that aren't ninja. But some kdis aren't very happy with that. Since Konoha is a 2 days walk from there, and they need to sail to the main land, they can't possible become ninja. So the Organization teaches them. Secretly of course.
If you want to become a ninja. You have to go into the forest. You have to go straight ahead, no matter what happens. If a bear magically appears, you have to distract it, and keep going ahead. Until, you reach a secluded place, that has a keep out sign. Ignore the sign, and continue moving forward, There, you would see a giant rock. You are to place your hand on the rock, and mutter your desire. Soon, a ninja should accompany you, and teach you the ways of being a true ninja. They used to be a criminal organization, and still are slightly. But they have good intentions now, when the Akatsuki are becoming a larger threat.
Shops/Markets: They are literally EVERYWHERE. Most of them are little stalls, but there is the occasional giant shop that sells everything. They sell fashionable clothes, toys and games for the little kids, and any other things a normal person needs. Gems are rare, since they have to get them from the main land, and there are no mines whatsoever. The village is WAY too lazy, to actually go make their own mine.
Entertainment/Hang Out/ Religious Areas: There are art galleries, and a movie theater. The beach is obviously a hot spot. As well as the forest. To play "survival games" and such. They are bilingual, and they don't care what religion you are. They have a church, and a temple and are still building more religious areas.
Weather Conditions: In Spring, it rains frequently, like always almost. Summer, It's hot. Fall, Warm and Nice, and the trees look pretty. Winter, it never snows, just really cold.
Restaurants: THE DANGO AND BAKERY SHOP ARE THE MOST EPIC THINGS IN THE UNIVERSE! They are both run from the same family, both under the name of Takahashi. So, if you ever go to this island you MUST go to the Takahashi Dango and Bakery Shop. Their Ramen Stall is pretty decent, but not as epic as Ichiraku Ramen.
Large forest village:
Leader: Feudal lord of the land of Fire
Village Mayor: (Anyone wanna be mayor?)
Homes: The houses are separated a little bit and around the forest for wide open areas. They mostly have plants growing attached to the homes and are breakin proof with alarms.
The Land: Forest and flowers surround the land.
School: The kids at the schools will learn about different plants and the basics along with how to escape ninja attacks.
Shops/Markets: It's a short walk to Konoha.
Entertainment/hang out/religious areas: All religions welcome! The forest itself is entertaining enough and all around are great places to hang out.
Weather conditions: Sometimes rains, often sunny and warm like the hidden leaf.
Restuarants: It's a short walk to Konoha.
