What Happens Next? Intro to Heart Cycle

Ally's POV

What was the old man talking about? I am so confused.

"Ok. Do you children want to go on the Heart Cycle?" Grandpa asked. Dang, he reverted really quickly. Next...

But what was the Heart Cycle? Never went on it before.

"The Heart Cycle is basically a ride where each individual has their own seat. There's like their true love detector installed as you go through the obstacles," Kathleen explain.

"It's super cool, but no one knows if the true love is really true. I heard Grandpa say that one of his comrades created this since he had the power of Love Sensibility," Nathan further interpreted.

I winked at Katie. But this time, it was more about me. What was I going to get? This will hopefully be untrue.

Well, remember, there was no one at the park, but us 5, so we were able to get on the ride right away.

"Juliette, you go first, ok?" I said innocently. My innocent face hasn't complete worn off, right? "I mean none of this is actually true. Am I wrong?" 

"Sure, I'll go," she said.

She hopped on the ride. The ride was very scary. Everyone knew. The ride was in a heart shape. You would go upside down up and basically make heart shape. Very scary. She screamed. I mean, who wouldn't?

As she reached the highest peak of the ride, the result was shown on the screen. It wrote:

Name: Juliette XOXO <3 <3 Crush: Nathan.

Look at that. Just what everyone expected. Well, we only kind of made Katie distract Nathan when the results came out.

"Nathan, your turn," Kathleen said.

"Your Majesty, what about Juliette's result?" Nathan asked. Nathan obviously believed in this ride. He was worried. He wanted to know who his crush chose.

"Oh, she chose --" Kathleen started.

Katie kicked Kathleen so hard that she literally started limping. That duo though. "Due to some technical difficulties, there was no result, which really sucked." 

We all knew what the rebel was thinking. She, like Her Majesty, had everything planned out, except more thorough.
