Chapter 7 Poor Samantha

Dan's POV

I stayed with her in the hospital. I couldn't stop thinking about the kiss. It was amazing. After the 2 days were over i was kinda sad becuase i had to leave her at her house...unless.

"Hey Samantha?"

"Yeah"

"um..Do you think that um you could come over my house tonight?"

"Of course"

Yes! 1 point for Dan! Well the doctor came in and told her she could leave today. She looked so happy. It's the first time i'v seen her eyes light up like that. I think she was almost as excited as i was. I turned a deep shade of red. I just relized she would have to sleep with me. Well thats what couples do right? I helped her out of bed. She still had her gown on. Good thing its summer or she would freeze to death. We walked hand in hand all the way to my apartment. I picked her up like a baby and carryed her into my room."Dan! Put me down!" she said inbetween giggles. Oh god i love it when she laughs. She has the cutest laugh. Phil comes it and watches us laugh and play around for a little bit. He starts to smile and laugh a little then goes into his room. I can hear him making a video.

"Shh Samantha listen."

"Hey guys Phil here and today were going to talk about-"

"Should we go in there and crash his video?"

"Yes" then she starts laughing. Oh god her laugh.

We walk into the room quietly. "Hes doing a livestream" i whisper.

"Makes it even better."

We run in and throw stuffed animals at him. "Ahh!" He screams. Me and Samantha are both laughing so hard our faces turn red.

"Very funny guys" then Phil turns his camera to where its facing us. 

"I have to live with these people!" he says to the camera.

We run out.

"That was fun" Samantha says.

Samantha's POV

We run back into Dan's room. I love it when he laughs or smiles. I can see the little demples when he smiles. I love him so much.

"Dan"

"Yeah"

"Nevermind"

"What did you want to tell me?" He comes over and hugs me. "You can tell me anything."

"It's nothing." But it really is. I run to the bed crying and screaming at the same time. I feel the rush of cold and I see nothing but black. I wake up in Dan's bed shivering. I have bandages wraped around me. A doctor comes in with Dan and Phil. I pretend to be asleep.

"Samantha is very strong. She needs to stay in bed for a while. Her ribs are broken." He pulls up my shirt to show them. Im a little embarresed. "Here and here."

"I hope shes okay." Dan's voice. "The poor thing."

"Well im going into my room call me when you need me." Phil.

The doctor tells Dan how to take care of me. With all the pills and cream. The doctor goes away and Dan crawls into bed with me. "I love you." he whispers.

"I love you too." I say back to him. His face gets red."What?"

"I didn't know you were awake."

I snuggle closer to him. He leans down and kisses my head and starts to rub my back. I flench.

"Sorry"

"Just remember i will never hurt you."

This is my favorite time. Just sitting with Dan close together.
