Allens POV-

"And there they go" I chuckled as we watched from the shadows

Aphmau hugged Milly and ran in Garroth holding her things following her as Dante waked off the horse

The gates shut with a slam and she sighed

"You okay?"

"Yup" she answered licking her wolf paw,

I turned next to me "Ilta I need you to fly over and watch her for a while...if that's okay?"

"Sure thing Master!" Ilta hooed and flew off into the village circling it around and around

"We should find somewhere to make camp" She sighed

"Lets....want me to shift and carry you?" I flew down and stopped in front of her "You flew a long way"

"Nah" she smiled "Jump on and Ill walk"

I smiled and sat on her head as she walked off into the shadows

"So, who wants to do the day shift?" I chuckled

She scoffed "Ilta can do the day shift, you and me are on night shift"

"I need to get a few more potions to finish the spell" I said looking up at the blue sky

"We can get Ilta to fly around a do some spying hows that sound?" She asked

"I don't know" I jumped off her and shifted "But what I think sounds good now" I picked her up "Is if I can carry my little doggy to camp"

She growled and howled, I chuckled and walked slinging my camo bag over my shoulder

Aphmaus POV-

"Wow you've been through a lot while you were gone huh" Milly sighed her hand on her sword tip

"Yeah" I sighed "Its been fun...annoying and weird but, its okay, im just glad im home"

"A-Aphmau"

I turned to see Austin, I smiled "Hey Austin"

"Ill let you guys talk, see you tomorrow Aphy" Milly waved walking off, I waved and Austin smiled

"Allow me to escort you home M'lady"

I sighed and nodded "Alright"

We walked in sigh enjoying the silence and less Drama, I commanded Garroth to go home and get some rest, apparently, Laurence and Marci had done that for the last day sleeping non stop, James had gone on a trip with Logan for a while to do some trade and Donna keeps stalking me

"DONNA GO HOME"

She jumped from the bushes "WHERE ARE YOU GETTING ALL THESE HOT MEN FROM!!?"

I sighed rubbing my temples "DONNA YOUR ENGAGED!"

She laughed and put a hand on her hip "Doesn't mean I cant check people out Aphmau" she walked off sassily, I rolled my eyes and Austin chuckled, I looked down to see a shadow, I turned to the tree next to me and saw a black owl golden eye staring and aiming right at me

"An Owl" Austin said shrugging

"Hey buddy" I smiled walking closer, the owl didn't flintch it just looked at me staring at my every movement, I turned my head and I saw its beak form a smile and it hooed, I giggled and put my arm up it hopped on and I heard faint muffled yelling but ignored it

"Huh whats that?" Autin said putting hi hand by his ear looking around

I shrugged and petted the black owl "Maybe we should take this Owl to Lucinda maybe its one of her owls"

The owl hooed shaking its head no, I giggled "That's cute, alright how about you stay with me till tomorrow then we can find you a home?"

The owls eyes went wide and it nodded, I smiled and it sat on my shoulder, Austin and I kept walking again the owl lightly dozing on my shoulder

"L-Listen Aphmau I wanted to apologize for my stupid and" he laughed "Inappropriate behaviour towards Garroth and you along with everyone, Im sorry and I promise it wont happen again you can guarantee that, I just sorta let my emotions take way for a little while and they took right over me but im focused after the day alone and I think I can manage without any disturbers"

"Thanks Austin and that's no problem...but I think you should say sorry to Garroth one more time just to make sure"

"I will do that next time I see him" He said proudly

I opened the door the sounds of sweet giggling and Zoeys laugh filling my ears coming from down stairs, I sighed and smiled "Goodnight Austin"

"Goodnight M'lady" He smiled walking off

I shut the door and a child ran up the stairs Malachi grinned "MOM YOUR HOME!"

I laughed and bent down and we hugged

"I missed you mom but Zoey looked after me and Levin!!!" He said grinning his dimples in his cheeks becoming deeper as his chubby cheeks squished in his grin

I smiled and kissed his forehead "Can I play with you guys?"

"YES!" he grabbed my hands and pulled me down the stairs, Zoey looked at me and smiled as she handed Levin a red block and more coloured ones as he built something well slammed blocks down, the Owl flew off my shoulder and sat by the window looking at us, I smiled and sat down playing with my family
