~Chapter 13~

I paced the kitchen.

“Is there anyway you can legally kill a person?” I turned my head and asked Liam who was sitting at the table looking at me.

“Uh, I don’t think so. Unless they were trying to kill you first then, it would be considered murder.” I sighed.

“Then, how bad is prison life?” He sighed and stood up.

“Look, I called the news station and they are taking the picture off the air, or at least covering up your chest.” He said walking over to me.

“How did it even get on air though?! Who lets a picture of a topless girl on the news?!”

“The chief or whatever the main person is called said it was a new teen intern, and he didn’t know how to edit photos… he’s fired now though.”

“Good. That sick bastard.” Liam nodded knowingly.

“What about you though? The paps definitely heard you call me your girlfriend. Everyone is going to think you’re a cheat…” I trailed off.

“Already covered. Last night when you were asleep, Dani came over and we did a twit cam explaining everything.” I looked up at him.

“Did you clear up that I’m not your girlfriend?” He rubbed the back of his neck nervously.

“Well…”

“Liam!”

“What?”

“I-“ I stopped. What was I going to say? Oh yeah, Liam. I don’t want to be your girlfriend cause I’m your babysitter. Sorry. *cough*notsorry*cough*  

But the thing was I did think I liked him. Not love, you can’t love someone right away… this is real life not a story.

I took a deep breath.

“Liam, I was almost raped by my boyfriend in the last 24 hours. I’m not ready for a new relationship… I really like you and all, I’m just not ready yet. Adding on that I am your babysitter. I’m sorry.” I smiled a little and kissed his cheek. “Night Li” I said walking up the stairs and into my room.

“Did you clear up that I’m not your girlfriend?” She asked me. It’s now or never that you can tell her… she’s going to find out as soon as she turns on the T.V. I rubbed my neck nervously, and leaned against the counter.
