New School,New People....Not So New Person.

*Sam's Pov*

Me and Taurtis walked out of our house, me making sure to lock it.As we were walking down the street a male around me and Taurtis' age, started to shout from across the street. " YO! ! Taurtis!!! WASSUUUUUP! !" We both turned our attention towards the boy standing in front of the both of us "J!! YOU'RE BACK!!" I turned my attention back Taurtis who physically yelled in my ear. Looking back at the male I took in his features, His light brown hair complimented his fair skin, as well as the thick framed blue glasses that wrapped around his hazel eyes. The creme yellow blazer suited well with the black uniform dress pants. Turning back to Taurtis he spoke once more " J, when did you get back? How're you doing? Are you heading to school?" The male, now named J, looked as if he was still processing what had been said." Okay, first, I got back two days ago, second, I'm doing good, and third, where do think I'm going in these clothes?" I stared at him a little, I guess that's when he notice me standing there. I freaked out a little and decided to hide behind Taurtis. I didn't know what to do and I freaked out..." Uhhhh, Hey Taurtis? Who's this?" I peeked out a little to see him looking at me as if I was a child." Huh?" Taurtis looked down at me too....Now I feel uncomfortable." Oh, J, This is my flat mate Sam, J, Sam. Sam,J. " Uhhhh.....Well then, Hey Sam! I'm J, Nice to meet ya." I looked back at J, his hand has been extended out to me. I looked back at Taurtis and received a reassuring nod from him. Pinning my ears back I firmly grabbed J's hand and shook it " I-It's nice to meet you too..." I retreated my hand back as we all started waking again. I stayed behind Taurtis the entire way, keeping my eyes on the ground, every once in a while I would look up,But every time I did I couldn't take my eyes off this pretty girl with what looked like soft brown hair. She was standing next to and owl-looking hybrid/girl person. At one point she even looked back at me....but only for one second, as I looked back at my feet I bumped my head in Taurtis' back. I looked up to see why we stopped and we were at a pedestrian crossing. As we crossed the street, we came to a stop right outside little convenience store. We all walked into the shop and I went off to get the things I would need. Walking around the shop I smelt something familiar...and sweet, My eyes widened in excitement as I looked around everywhere. That was until I saw it, in the back of the room were an assortment of apples,potatoes and......CARROTS!!! I ran as if my life depended on it and grabbed the first carrot I could.....well make that....the first 5 I saw. I stared skipping happily over to the center handing the man to correct amount of change. Walking outside, I saw that Taurtis and J had already started walking to the school,they were practically already at the gates of the school grounds. My ears that were previously shot up started to droop lower and lower,until they touched the top of my beanie. Walking, I kept my eyes forward kicking around a little rock I entered the school gates. But, before I knew it all I could hear were the voices of feminine people shouting out....'Taurtis'? I didn't want to think much of it so I just headed to a free locker to put my things in. As I put my backpack inside my locker a small glimpse of red caught my eye. But before I knew it, a familiar voice was calling my name.

" Where Is Samuel Gladiator! "

Damn....
