Moving

"Where do you want this box?" I yelled into the room my brother Zach was currently in.
We were unpacking our stuff into the place we got here in London. Ever since our parents died it hasn't been the same around the house, so we decided to move as far away as possible.
He turned around the corner to find me holding a box with a questionable look on my face.
"Just set it on the bed in there," he nodded his head toward a bedroom. "While your in there unpack the boxes that are on the bed." I nodded my head and walked towards the room but tripped over my own shoe and landed face first into pile of clothes. I felt this sharp pain in my ankle but decided to ignore it and get up. When I got up, I fell right back down in pure agony. I must have broken my ankle on the way down. I yelled for Zach to come and help, when he turned the corner and saw my holding my ankle with tears rolling down my eyes he immediately came over and picked me up. I felt my back slump back for a second as he grabbed the car keys and hurriedly ran out the door.

The car ride was mainly me crying because of how much my ankle hurt when I touched it, yet when I dropped it down it hurt even worse.
"You do realize your going to be fine, right?" He glanced at me with a smirk on his face. Looking back towards the road I could hear him chuckle to himself.

"I'll remember this moment when something happens to you." Still in pain I cracked a smile at him. He glanced at me again and scoffed.

"Yeah, right." I couldn't help but move my hand to attempt to slap him, but when I moved I gasped at the pain that had just shot through my leg. Quickly I grabbed my ankle again.

"Could you maybe GO FASTER!?" I yelled at him only to find him laughing even harder.

"Didn't go according to plan now did it?" He has this smirk on his face that was so tempting just to slap off of him.

When we finally arrived at the hospital he carried me half way, finding a wheelchair right by the doors on the inside. He rolled me to the front desk and I immediately got very aggregated at the woman behind the desk. She had short layered, dark, brown hair. With bangs that fell flat on top of her circular glasses place on the top of her stubby nose.

She was currently on the phone with (who I'm guessing) is someone she knows. She finally looked up after what seemed like forever.

"What's the problem here?" She asked glancing back and forth between me and my brother with a friendly smile on her face. Right then and there I wanted to get up and tell her to wipe that stupid smile right off her cherry little cheeks. But I was in to much pain to even consider doing such a thing.

"My sister hurt her ankle while we were moving some stuff." He looked at me with a face telling me to 'be nice'. I responded with a 'whatever you say' look. The woman nicely took the place of Zach and moved me down the halls of the hospital until reaching room 316.

"The doctor shouldn't be long dear." I'm not going to lie she was really nice once I didn't want to smash her face in. When she left the room Zach spoke up with a somewhat cheery voice.

"She was nice wasn't she?" I looked at him quietly gagging to myself. He couldn't be serious could he? I mean, come on! She was like 30.

"You honestly can't be serious can you? I mean look she's nice and all but she's like 30." I couldn't help but feel bad for him. He looked so innocent. Never once did I see him do something wrong, and I didn't plan on seeing it happen anytime soon.

"Well yo-"
Right when he was about to speak there was a knock on the frame of the open door. A tall man with messy blond hair looked me dead in the eye with his ocean blue eyes. He had a bright smile on his face, he looked genuinely happy for a moment until he looked down at some papers.

"Hello, I'm James. I'll be your doctor this evening. What seems to be the problem here?"
He looked right at me. Obviously my brother caught the drift that I found him looking very decent, and decided to tell him what happened to me directly.

"Well my sister here was helping me move somethings into the new apartment,"He stared blankly at the man and continued "I believe she tripped on something because all I heard was a thump and then a scream like 'ahhh come help me.' So I turned around to see her crying in the floor holding her ankle."

The doctor just seemed to nod and look down yet again at his paper. Zach must've seen me starring because the next thing I know my rib is being jabbed by his elbow. I looked up to see him very upset at me. Why he did he look upset? I have no idea. But he did. Man did he look pissed.

"One of the nurses will come back to help you with some tests. I'll hope to see you around..." He paused signaling for me to fill in my name.

"Madeline, but you can call me Maddy if you like." I gave him a warm smile in which he kindly returned.

"Beautiful name...Maddy. I'll hopefully see you around." While he was exiting the room I swear he winked at me.

I gradually turned to see my brothers face as red as a tomato with one hell of an angered look plastered on it.
