We were on our way back from the hospital, and might I say that I'd gladly go back anytime.
"What the hell was that?" I jumped at his sudden choice of words. I had completely forgotten that he was even there. Honestly with the way he acted back there, it'd be better that he wasn't here.
Not saying I don't love having a protective brother, but maybe he can just knock it down a bit.
"I have no clue what your talking about." I really just didn't even want to acknowledge his existence right now. He was being a child. A stubborn, greedy child.
"Oh, don't do that now," I looked over to find him already looking me dead in the eye with a look that could give anyone goosebumps. "You know damn well just what happened back there. How could you do that? You know that I don't want you flirting up a storm when I'm around." I was amazed at his choice of words. Not when 'he's' around. He's always around.
"How can you say that, when your ALWAYS around. Not once can I ever catch a break. 'No, Madi you can't do this. No, Madi do this instead.' I'll tell you this. The second I get a chance I'm moving. Not that I don't love you because you know that I do, but it's getting to be to much." Honestly I was shocked at my own words, only to find out that I meant everything.I looked over my shoulder to see him with tears rolling down his face and a mad expression now faded into sympathetic one. I never thought that I'd get that reaction. Never in a million year did I want to see it, and I'll do anything never to see it again.h
"I'm sorr-" I stopped him mid sentence. There's no way I'm going to let him apologize for something I shouldn't have said, I said such a hurtful thing to the only person willing to put up with me.
" I should be the one apologizing, I never should've said that, I didn't mean it. I'm truly sorry." I knew it would take more than that to convince him I was sorry. I went to look up at him but instead I saw bright lights flash, darkness.
