Chapter 6 The Connection

     "Bella do you have your phone on you?"

     "Yeah why?

     "Just give it here"

     "Why would I do that?"

     "Because it could be our only way back home."

     "Fine here you go"

     "Thanks! Great it's running on 15% battery right now. Did you think to bring your charger?¨

     "No I didn't but I think I saw one in the supply room, let me go look."

     When Bella left the cockpit to go and look in the supply room I heard screaming. It didn't sound like Bella's scream but a kids scream.

     "Bella are you okay?" I screamed while getting out of my seat to go check on her.

     "Y-Yeah I think I saw a rodent run into the hole right there."

     "Bella there is no hole you are just seeing things."

     "I am not just seeing things Frank. I know exactly what I see and what I don't see."

     "Bella you need..."Bella had interrupted me.

     "Listen Frank, I'm not going to listen to you. I am your mom and you listen to me!"

     "Well then, I still think you should go sit down in the cockpit while I go look for the charger."

     "Why Frank? Why should I just all of a sudden listen you instead of you listening to me?"

     "Because you are just tired and I think if you go sit down then you will be able to be on your A game again."

     "Okay fine, where should I go?"

     "In the bedroom just down the hall."

     "Okay."

     "Where did you see that charger again?"

     "In the supply room on the shelf"

     "Thanks! Now go and rest. Have a nice nap."

     "Okay"

     I went to go find the charger. When I got to the door I was trying to get at least 2 bars to call someone. When I got to the supply room door I went in and found the charger. I sat in the seat in the cockpit and plugged in the phone. I went to go check how many bars I had in the cockpit. I had no bars, but there was a wifi signal.

     "BELLA!" I screamed while running down the hallway to the bedroom.

     "What do you want? Aren't you the one who told me to go take a nap?"

     "Yeah but, I found a wifi signal in the cockpit."

     "Stop lying and trying to prank me Frank. It's not funny right now."

     "I'm not trying to prank you Bella. I'm telling the truth!"

     "Sure sure. I'm going to go back and take a longer nap this time. Please just leave me alone."

      So as you know I was telling the truth but Bella wouldn't believe me one bit. I did in fact find a wifi signal. I needed to find a way to show her in the bedroom. Then I had the excellent idea of screenshoting the wifi connection.
