Chapter 2 The Long Run

     The next thing I know I am up looking for oxygen tanks and space suits. It was very hard looking since we were in space. There was no gravity, and everything was floating, even the seats. I quickly found a rope to tie down the seats. My next task was to find 2 space suits with oxygen tanks.
"Frank, do you think this is equipped?"

"Equipped with what?"

"Oxygen, suits, and anything else we might need."

"Probably not, it was a ride, until this happened."

"Do you think we will survive?"

There was a moment of silence, even the spacecraft was quiet for once.

"Yes we will survive," I had to respond before things got weird, "You know how they were upgrading the ride last week when we came?"

"Yes, Frank where are you going with this?"

"This could be the new part of the ride."

"Did you take a crazy pill this morning because your going crazy."

"No why would I do that? I'm already crazy enough." I dropped the topic, I just wanted to find the space suit and oxygen. Bella wasn't in the greatest mood with me anymore after I had told her that I don't know if this is equipped. I was running or floating around looking in every room and area in the spacecraft, but there was this one room that was locked. I figured that it was just a room where the mechanics for the 'ride' was. I didn't think about opening it until I had looked everywhere else, I had to open that door.
