"That was a really a tough workout", I groaned.

"Not really, since I am use to doing this everyday",Atia replied, confidently.

"I just didn't do anything because it's not like it is going to my school record. The only reason why I am here is because of Atia. She is like my queen.", Bethanie said as she linked her arms with Atia's and was texting at the same time. I rolled my eyes, realizing what a great friend Bethanie was.

"Ok. I am going to get hit the showers. I smell as bad as shrimp", I complained.

"You don't smell like shrimp", Bethanie said. I smiled, realizing that Bethanie might be complimenting me.

"Thanks-" I started.

"You smell like the odor of what a skunk releases when they feel attacked. You should definitely stay away from us. I don't want to be spotted with someone who smells bad as you, especially by a charming guy", Bethanie said.

I turned red and was furious inside. I mean sure I did smell awful but she could have said it in a kinder and more mature tone.

"You know what Bethanie? I can bet that you smell like a bunch of dead fishes. I don't need any of your attitude!", I yelled, raising a finger at her. I stomped away towards the shower. She is such a bothersome, that I just want to choke her, open her stomach open, and use her intestines to hang her.

Calm down Luna, I thought to myself as I entered the showers and entered the fourth one which appeared decently clean. Automatically, a warm stream of water came pouring on me. It felt relaxing and kind of cooled my temper down. Suddenly, I heard a voice.

"Listen, Dr.McBeth, I can't get the pendant from her necklace. It's impossible to get it. Every time I even go near her, I always feel a force trying to push me away from her. Can't you just tell Bethanie to do it", a familiar voice said.

I gasped and held onto my necklace. Were they talking about my necklace? And what was Bethanie involved in?

"But I don't want to form a bond with her. I am not going to date a puny girl like her, even if it is fake!", the voice yelled. That probably means that this familiar voice was a male. Or can it be a lesbian?

"Ok, I understand. You just want to use me and use death threats just to get that goddamn necklace", he yelled. So some of these kids are spies. But spies for who and what? I shouldn't worry about it, especially since I need to finish taking my shower and head towards the cabin. It was almost 11 at the night, and the instructors would be really pissed if they spotted me outside. I sneaked towards the cabin and peeked out of the window. I only spotted Atia, who was sitting on the lower part of the bunk bed. I entered the room, startling her.

"Oh hey there, Luna", Atia said.

"Hey. Whatcha got there", I questioned.

"Just reading this book", Atia replied. "Its called "The Pendant", and it's pretty good so far".

For some reason, all this day was about pendants this and pendant that. Why is it such a big thing today? Suddenly my mind switched to where the others were.

"Where is Bethanie and Sven",I asked.

"Sven went to meet up with his girlfriend. I can't believe that the jerk has one even", Atia said.

"I thought you liked him, especially in the bus. I swear to god, I literally saw pink,puffy hearts coming out of your eye", I snapped, sarcastically.

"Whatever. I don't know where Bethanie is to be honest. She just left a note saying that she was going to one of my friend's cabins. However, when I got there, she wasn't there.", Atia responded.
