As the bus moved along, more and more people got on the bus, and my anxiety started to gradually build up. It got to a point where I was literally just shaking. I decided to take out my phone to listen to some music and maybe if my anxiety didn't get any better, I should just start writing in my diary.

"Excuse me, is this seat reserved", a girl snapped.

"No," I said quietly.

"Good because my friends and I need this seat. Perhaps you could get up and leave? The back has enough seats," she smirked as the people around us laughed. I could feel my face heat up. Embarrassment and anxiety overload.

"Perhaps you should go to the back instead of me. After all, the back has enough seats," I mocked, anxiety slowly being replaced with anger.

"Excuse me?" the annoying girl asked.

"Did I stutter? I said get your whiny-ass faces in the back", I said.

"Oh my god. You are, like, so rude. I will, like, totally get you back for this", the girl said angrily, as she sashayed to the back with her group.

"Don't worry. Tiffany and her group are always like that", the girl said who was in the seat next to me. The girl looked Indian and she had her hair dyed purple. She was wearing a golden bracelet and had nice brown eyes that I kind of envied.

"Oh ok. Thanks", I replied

"No problem. I am Atia and you are?", she asked me.

"Well, uh, I'm Luna," I said quietly.

"Is that short for lunatic?" she joked, and I couldn't help but grin a little.

"I don't know. You tell me," I answered back.

The next thing you know, I was sitting next to her and and we were talking like best friends who haven't seen each other for months. She was helping me get out of my shell, slowly but surely, and I was thankful that I didn't have to spend summer alone. We talked about things like what our favorite books are, favorite bands, cute boys, complaining about teachers. Apparently we went to the same school, and I had never noticed.

"Whoa, is he cute or what?" Atia said as she was pointing to the guy who was entering the bus.

I took a glimpse of the guy she was pointing to. The guy was muscular, for some of his veins were kind of sticking out and had jet-black hair. His eyes were a gentle color of hazel gray and his skin was as rosy as the first rose that blossoms in spring. He had a scar though, similar to the one that I had on my neck. The boy's tainted red lips had snakebites and on his ear, he had an industrial.

"Earth to Luna. Earth to Luna. Are you checking him out or something?" Atia asked, breaking my thoughts.

"No. I am just looking at him. Honestly, he isn't that attractive," I replied.

"Mhm," Atia said.

"I haven't liked a guy since ever," I replied back.

"Oh, and why is that?" Atia asked.

"Just haven't found my type of guy yet," I responded.

"Well, I will find the guy of your dreams at camp this summer," Atia exclaimed.

"You can try, but you won't succeed. Trust me. I am Miss-No-Hormone-Lady", I giggled.

Then the guy that Atia called handsome, sat on the empty seat next to us. Immediately, Atia started fangirling.

"Hey. Do you know how much time approximately we have before we arrive to Camp Venom?", a deep voice asked.

Turning my head around, I see that the 'cute' boy sitting next to us was asking me a question. Our eyes met, and in my eyes, I saw an idiot talking to me. It seemed like he was scanning me as if I was a barcode.
