Its been 3 weeks since I have been at Grandma's, but I still don't know why. Mommy has been taking some sort of "happy pill", well that's what she calls it, to me it looks like a Blue Raspberry Jolly Rancher! I love candy, especially Halloween, I get so much candy! I miss daddy, he has been at work for a long time, I don't see him a lot anymore, mommy says he comes home at night. When I do see him he is always so tired, he looks like one of those men I see, on that one show I am not suppose to watch, but I don't tell mommy. When mommy calls the babysitter, Rachel, she turns on the t.v. and puts on the a show, I don't know what it is called but it has funny looking men that walk really slow and groan all the time like, ahhhhhh blahhhhh, brains. I think its funny, but Rachel jumps every time the man gets close to a girl, its funny! Anyway I think I need to do homework, I get to color a kitty cat! Mommy is getting mad at me, because I am not answering her. We are in the car, but brain, I think you know that already. Oh, you see that! It was a moo-moo, I am going to remember that forever. We are going to see this special doctor, he listens to me talk and mommy sits right next to me and holds my hand. I don't like him, hes weird. He has a smile that that funny look, like it does in those scary movies. I don't like the movie, "Arial", that mean old sea monster is super scary! Okay hold on, we are going to the store, be right back!
Johanna opens up the van door, " Come on sweetheart, we have to go and get a few things."
"Mommy, why am I here and not home with daddy? When you go shopping I stay home with daddy so you can have"Someme time"."
" Baby, today is different, I want to see what you want for breakfast in the morning because lately you haven't been eating."
"But mommy, I am not hungry!"
" Your eating and that's final!"
"Mommy my arm! Your hurting me!" Johanna is gripping Elaine's arm to make her get out of the van, but Johanna is pulling too hard and something SNAPPED.
"MOMMY, AHHHHHHH." Johanna had pulled on Elaine's arm for too long and dislocated it. Elaine right now is in some much pain she passes out.
"ELAINE, ELAINE!!!! Oh God, Oh God!! ELAINE!"
Johanna closes the van door and rushes into the drives seat and speeds out of the parking lot onto the highway. She fly's through traffic and on the way she gets open her purse and starts to dial Tom.
"Should I call Tom,no I can't I will lose my poor Elaine! OMG I can't lose her, I can't ever lose her!"
Johanna pulls up to the hospital and hurries to get out of the car, and she runs inside to get a doctor.
"Someone please help me!!!!! My baby won't wake up!"
"Ma'am, please calm down. Now please tell me what happened."
"My baby, I was getting her out of the car and then all of all of sudden she hit her arm against the door and I heard a scream. I turned around and I saw her she was in so much pain, I think she passed out, I don't know please help her!"
"Okay ma'am please show me where she is."
"Okay follow me!"
Johanna and the emergency doctor run out to the van and Johanna opens the door but Elaine is no where to be seen.
"Ma'am, if this is a prank, I could get you arrested."
"What no, what!?!!?!? WHERE'S ELAINE!!!! She was right here!"
"Ma'am, Ma'am now please calm down and lets call the police so we can put out a missing person report on Elaine, okay?"
"Oh okay, omg!" Johanna is now balling her eyes out and the doctor puts his arm around her and leads her into the E.R. so they can call the police.
