Tiffany's POV

"What are you talking about?" He asked, considerably more calm once he saw nothing was attacking.

"My name. Is not. Rose!" I yelled again. "If your going to kidnap someone, at least learn their name!"

"What?" The Doctor said. "I didn't kidnap anyone, you chose to come with me, remember?"

"No! I don't even know you! Who the heck are you anyway?!"

The Doctor started looking worried. "Are you feeling okay?"

"No." I moaned. "When I got my headache I realized this wasn't a dream. I should've known, this doesn't feel dream-like at all. What did you do to me? Didn't you say we were in London? How'd you manage that, and how did I get an accent?"

"What?" The Doctor asked.

"That's what I'm asking!"

"Rose, I'm really not-"

"What did you do?!" I screamed. The Doctor stared at me a moment.

"Okay Rose," he said as calmly as possible, taking out his sonic screwdriver. "I'm just gonna take a look at- holy TARDIS!"

I grabbed my head as a blinding headache surged through me, and I passed out.

********************************

"What do you mean she was me? How could she have been me, I'm right here, you see me, standin' here, right?"

"I dunno Rose, but I'm telling you, she was you. But that should be impossible! This shouldn't happen, ever. Situations like this should never occur."

"Then why did it?"

"This should be impossible!"

"Doctor-"

"She's just a girl! A-a 15 year old girl! She's just gone and possessed your body from wherever and then ploof! She's right there passed out on the floor in her pajamas!"

"Doctor-"

"And you! You wake up and don't know a thing!"

"Doctor!" Rose said loudly. "She's awake."

The so-called Doctor looked at me and I shrank back into the couch I was laying on.

"Oh, 'ello!" He said, watching me carefully. "Fantastic way to start the day isn't it? Waking up in someone else's body?"

"Doctor!" Rose scolded. "Be nice, she doesn't know what's going on."

"But do you really know that, Rose?" He asked, turning to her. "In my 900 years, there have been so many who pretend they don't know a thing, but are really geniuses! Well, not as genius as me, of course. But this takes the cake! How did you do it?" He asked me, genuinely interested. "Honestly, I want to know."

"Who are you two?" I asked.

"Oh, he's the Doctor," Rose said.

"That's me, I'm the Doctor," the Doctor said and waved. "Hello!"

"And I'm Rose," Rose said.

My mind was trying to make sense of everything. "Doctor who? But... You thought I was Rose," I said, then I gasped. "Oh my gosh, did you kidnap both of us?! Oh my- ohh, I don't feel good." I leaned back on the couch, and closed my eyes. "Where are we, do you mind telling me, or are your captors not aloud to know?"

"Oh, no, sweetie, he didn't kidnap us. I'm his... Traveling companion and you... Your kinda... You just sort of... Appeared." Rose explained. "We're in London."

"London! How on earth did I get in London?!" I asked in disbelief.

"That's what I'm wondering," the Doctor muttered. "Now, ah, whatever your name is, I'm just gonna scan you with my sonic screwdriver here, don't mind me."

"Sonic what?" I asked uncertainly. "Did you say screwdriver?"

"Fantastic, at least we know your hearing's good." The Doctor pulled out his sonic screwdriver and put it next to my head. He frowned and said, "Impossible."

"What is it Doctor?" Rose asked.

"She's human, but... Somethings been messing with her head."

"Any idea what?"

"No," he said softly. "There are a few aliens who could do this themselves, but none that I know of who could have a human do it for them. All of those aliens went extinct long ago."

Rose bent down next to me. "What's your name?"

"Tiffany," I said.

"Where do you live? In the United States?"

I opened my mouth to answer, but the headache came back full force, and I Immediately brought my hands to my head. Luckily it went away fairly quickly.

"Take that as a yes," the Doctor said. "Whatever's controlling her obviously didn't want her to answer that question, which narrows down what might be controlling her."

"Yeah, yeah," Rose acknowledged. She put her hand on my arm. "Are you okay?"

"I've been better," I gasped. "That hurt quite a bit though."

"I'm gonna go look around outside. Rose, keep an eye on Tiffany, yeah?"

"Hey!" I complained. "You can't just leave me here, I need to get home!"

"Yes I can," said the Doctor. "This is me, leavin' you here, see ya!" And he exited out the door. Rose looked at me apologetically.

"Sorry," she said. "He does that kind of stuff a lot." I stared at her. "What?" She asked. I continued to stare at her. She blinked and I smiled.

"I win!" I cried triumphantly. Rose looked confused, but laughed along with me. I took that chance and bolted.

"Oi!" She yelled. "Tiffany, stop!" I paid no mind, and ran until I found what looked like the exit, and bolted through. I looked back and immediately stopped in my tracks.

"What?!" I said. Everyone who was around (not many) looked at me funny, but kept walking. I continued to stare at the police call box I had just emerged. But that was impossible.

"Oi! Didn't I tell you to stay put?" Asked a voice. I turned to see the Doctor walking toward me. I backed away. "Oh for TARDIS's sake!" He said exasperated. "I didn't kidnap you!"

I shrugged uneasily. "I know." I lied, and continued to run.

The Doctors POV

I watched as Tiffany rounded the corner and disappeared. Rose came rushing out of the TARDIS and I turned to her.

"I'm sorry, she-" Rose started, but I was having none of it.

"It's fine. She turned left around the corner, If we hurry, we can catch her." I said. Rose nodded, and I grabbed her hand, nodded to her and we both said

"Run."
