xX Fairy Tale Deception xX
From the oh so jaded perspective of a teenage drama queen who understands how to use grammar. . .
Can someone tell me why is it that every single book out there these days shows romance as an obsession? That’s really not healthy, and it really doesn’t teach the right morals to children. Imagine waking up and seeing some brooding dude standing in the corner, watching you sleep: ooooh yeah that sounds like love.
Mind you I used to be one of them, those fairy tale believers, but soon you realize that life is not a novel, there is no Edward waiting to whisk you into his arms and declare his eternal love to you “gag” and just cause your dirty and poor doesn’t mean some prince is gonna place a glass slipper against your feet and save you from your wicked family. Oh and prince charming, hahaha I hate to break it to you but he really is just a drunk around the corner nailing your best friend.
Sadly, I’m not a pessimist. I’m a realist, I see things the way it is. The fairy tales lied. Love is just a myth and it really does not exist.
Well either way, welcome to the tragic tale of how I went from no body, to somebody, to everybody and then back to nobody again and the only thing I can blame for it is those stupid fairy tales.
