Im running,

Running from someone... no something.

"Luucccyyyyy" I heard it shout.

"NO!!" I yelled back.

My legs burned and I had a cramp in my stomach,

"GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME!!" I shouted.

I went to a nearby tree and hid behind it.

I wheezed and panted.

"Why hello Mrs. Heartfilia" I heard.

My eyes widened in fear,

"Where are you?! Who are you!?" I questioned it.

"Oh, already forgotten me, now have you?" It said again.

"Huh?" I said

"Well, I have come to pick you u--" I cut him off as I ran to the other direction.

I felt strong hands grip my side.

I screamed and yelped.

"Well, well, well Mrs. Heartfilia, looks li--"

Back to reality

"Lucy!! Lucy!!"

I heard my husband shout.

"Huh?" I said as I shooted up.

Gray looked at me concerned.

"You were sobbing in your sleep again"

I look over to my side, only to see my 3 year old daughter, Layla there.

I lifted her up so she was sitting on me.

"Mama?" She said

I brushed her hair back with my hand.

"Yes sweetie?" I responded

"Why does this keep happening?" She asked

I smiled and couldnt help but tear up a little bit.

"I dont know" I said

I put Layla back down and stood up.

I winced from the pain in my legs and my side.

What the--? It was just a dream, wasn't it?

I barely managed to walk.

Gray, Layla and I all went down to the kitchen.

I heard crashes and bangs coming from outside.

There was a war going on out there.

Monsters, criminals, bombs, you name it.

Hell was out there.

Therefore all the guilds were sent to fight them off.

I wanted to help but I have to stay with Layla, on the plus side, I get to help her with her magic!

Gray comes home with different injuries everyday.
