Nicole sat on the couch watching tv but barely paying attention. Just biting her lip thinking about the biggest mistake she had just made. She hated lying to Rayan but she wanted to escape from missing him. She figured this would be the best decision right now. Jacob then sat beside her flashing his perfected smile.

"What's up Nicole" he says kissing her lightly on the cheek, in a friend- type of way.

Nicole faced him, her face angered.

"Jacob!" She said furiously.

"Ray's not even here! Calm down, damn"

"Still."

"For this deal to work out, I need something in return." Jacob says.

"What." Nicole answered coldly.



"I need to know your history. With Ray." Jacob says.



"What the fuck, no."



"Remember I'm doing this as a favor, you fuck up and it's over for you."



"WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?" Nicole says raising her voice.



"Don't raise your fucking voice." Jacob says.

It reminded Nicole of how Chresanto used to treat her. With that thought, instant tears rolled down her face.

"Come on Nicole." Jacob says softening his voice.



"We j-just um. Used to go out that's all. The relationship was pretty serious then I just left." Nicole mumbled.

"Why?"



"There was Chresanto. He seemed like a charming guy but in actuality he was a devil. I believed in all the things he told me so I left Ray f-for Chres" Nicole struggled to say.

Jacob stared deep into her eyes understanding Nicole's pain.

She then broke the gaze and looked down in shame.



After the silence Ray abruptly opened the door .



"Hey y'all!" He sad in a nice way.



"Sup."



Nicole was too choked up to say anything. Every time she saw Ray or even heard his voice her mouth would go dry and her heart beat would fasten. Like she was still in love with him.



"So Kaylyn, where you from? honestly i dont even know why you're here right n-" Ray asked.

"RAY!"

"What?"



"Uh. Florida" Nicole lied.



Jacob secretly gave her a glance because he knew she was lying.

"Oh. " Ray says.

Nicole was taken back by his brutal honesty. Ray had never been like this with people before. He was a nice type of guy.





"Well, I have a date tonight so I'm just gonna get ready." Ray says.



"Date." Nicole whispered to herself.



It was heart breaking to hear but she didn't have the right to feel sad or mad because she left him for someone else.

Now she felt what Ray must have felt knowing that Nicole was with Chres.



Ray skipped upstairs to get ready as Jacob gave Nicole a deep and dark glare beside her. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't ignore his gawking. Finally she gave up trying to pay no attention to him.

"WHAT." She barked.



"You just keep on lying!" Jacob says.



With that, Nicole got up from the couch her eyes slit with anger.



As she walked upstairs thinking about so many things Nicole accidentally ran into Ray. He caught her in his bare chest holding her with his strong arms. Nicole felt secure again. She wished she could lay in his arms liked she had done many times before.



"Watch where you walk" he says bluntly.



"S-sorry." Nicole pleads.

"Bitch." He mumbles.



Immediately Nicole runs back down the stairs to sit on the couch trying to avoid Ray. Which was almost impossible since he lived there.

Jacob and Nicole watched basketball until Night time. Even though it was Boring, Nicole had no choice .

Ray sped down the stairs in his normal outfit just as the bell rang.

Nicole dreaded the moment when she would see Ray kissing another girl. She couldn't seem to get over the fact that everything that she had between Ray was gone. Lost forever.

Looking to the doorway, there was a light skin girl standing at 5'3, long curly hair and a perfect body. She had a bright smile, it even looked like she had braces before to make them so straight! She had on a baby tee, that showed her belly button ring, and baggy camouflage pants. Along with her Jordan's. she was thick too. But had a flat stomach almost showing her Abs.



Nicole then looked down at her fragile body. Her rough looking hair too. Compared to the girl that Ray was with now, she looked horrible.

Then they leaned in to kiss.



As the kiss lasted longer than it should have, Ray slid his hands down almost bellow her waist. Nicole's heart flipped out because to her, that wasn't how Ray would act.Little did she know, that Ray had changed ever since.

"J, this is Michelle." Ray says.



""Hey! How you doing, I'm Jacob."

"Fine. Nice to meet you." Michelle squealed.



"Who's that?" Michelle questioned.



"Oh this is a friend of mine, Kaylyn." Jacob stepped up to say.



"Nice to meet y'all!" Michelle says.

Nicole smiled slightly into the distance until Ray slammed the door shut.

Her smile then disappeared.

6 hours later.

"You can sleep in my room, I'll just sleep on the couch." Jacob says.

Nicole nods silently and prepares to have nice slumber not having to worry about Chres.

The whole night was just Nicole and Jacob watching tv, so they got really bored and went to sleep. As soon as Nicole closed her eyes the lock clicked on the door down stairs indicating that Ray was home. And he wasn't home alone. Laughing and giggling came following Michelle. She was so perky.

Ray shushed her laughing along with her. They both struggled to contain their laughter.

Nicole rolled her eyes in jealousy an continued to sleep.



30 minutes later all she could hear was loud moans..

Like...



"Right there Ray,"



Nicole was so fed up she grabbed her pillow and walked down the steps to see Jacob still up.



"Can't sleep?"



"How am I supposed to sleep with all the... Noises.." Nicole says angrily.

Jacob laughed and patted a spot next to him.



I sat down with him leaning on his shoulder almost crying.



"You still love him don't you?" Jacob says..

Chresanto.





Chres paced all around the room thinking where could Nicole have been. His eyes scrunched in confusion when he thought to himself, 'Nicole has Nowhere to go.' He knew that once he swept her off her feet, tricked her into believing that leaving her family was okay, her mother and sister would never forgive Nicole. Definitely not ray. He was stubborn.



Coming to a great plan finally, he called some of his friends to help him find her.



"I want that bitch back with me, Right now." Chres yelled into the phone.



"I don't Fucking care how you do it, just get her back before November..."

"Yeah you know about the plan... That's exactly why I need her. "



"Alright bye.." Chres finally said.
