Chapter 5

Chapter 5:

3 years later

Emery's POV-

"Hey babe" Taylor comes into my office and straddles my waist on the chair.

"mmh... hey" I moan kissing her. We got together about a year and a half ago. she was my best friend and she would flirt with me all the time and i would find myself flieting back, but we had still felt the pain from the rejections. After awhile the pain started to subside and we started to feel small sparks with each other that would grow with each day and i could feel my bond with Ryan growing weaker and weaker.  

"what were you doing" she said kissing me back.

"just looking through some letters I got through the mail" I tell her. She turned in my lap and picked up the letters. She flipped through them then froze on one letter.

"what is it baby?" I ask her, moving her blond hair to the side and looking over her shoulder. I froze to when I saw the name and pack on it. I took the letter from her and read it.

Alpha of the Starlight Pack,

It would be an honor to ask you to come and train us. We've been having trouble with a group of rogues that have been killing packs around us. We really need help and your pack is the strongest out there. Please help us. alot of our pack have already been killed while runnung in the forest alone and we dont want to risk any more lives. Please think it over and consider helping us. Thank you.

Alpha Tucker- Dark Moon Pack

"are we going to help them Em?" Taylor ask.

"we really don't have a choice. we have to help them, my brothers in that pack. as much as I hate my mate, we have to help them." She nods. my wolf started getting excited thinking about her brother but also weary about seeing her ex-mate again. i decided to stop thinking about it and we get up to go check on the kids.

"mommy were hungry" my five year olds whined at the same time. There smarter then most 5 year olds, and can talk like their about 8. I start to make lunch while Taylor goes and sits with them.

"Taylor..." Hunter says shyly, trailing off. 

"yes sweety"

"can me and Addy call you mama since we call mommy, mommy... And your like a mom to us to?" He asked her while looking down, his cheeks going red. Hunter is very shy but can get super protective when it comes to Addy. Addy on the other hand is very outgoing.

"yeah Taylor can we, can we!?" Addy piped in while bouncing in her seat. me and Taylor stared wide-eyed at each other.

"ummm... that would be up to uh your mommy if your allowed to or not" she said still looking at me. 

"only if you want to Taylor. they don't have to if it makes you uncomfortable though..."

She walked over and kneeled in front of them and said

"I would love to be your guy's mama" they jumped up and hugged her and she kissed both there heads. I just watched them teary eyed and in awe as she just took on two children that arent hers just like that. I shows how much she really loves them. She looks up at me and stands. She walks over to me and wraps her arms around my waist, leaning her forehead against mine.

"Emery, I love you and I love your kids as if they were my own." I could see the honesty in her eyes.

"I love you to Taylor" I tell her kissing her. She kissed me back. We both pulled back, her arms still wrapped around me, and watched as the kids as they played.

Me and Taylor stepped outside to see our pack warming up for training. Logan and his mate, Jessica, with are our betas, and Scarlett, our third, came and stood next to us. Logan had short blond hair that he spiked up in the front and green eyes, while Jessica had long, dark brown hair and hazel eyes. Scarlett had bright, firey, red hair and bright, emerald green eyes.

''ok guys, you remember my old pack right?'' there were a round of 'yeahs' and some nods.

"well we're going to be going there and helping them train because they need all the help they can get" everyone looked at me confused as to why i'd ever go back there willingly.

"I know you guys at wondering why and as much as I dont want to go back, my brother is still there. We leave in two days so after training everyone start packing. I'm not sure how long we'll be gone." After that we started training.
