Chapter 16:

Taylors POV-

I can hear voices but I can't see. It feels hard to open my eyes and my whole body hurts.

"When is mama waking up" I hear a tiny little girl voice. she sounds like she's been crying.

"Soon baby, soon" I hear Emery say. God I missed that voice. I feel her hold my hand and try to grasp it back. My fingers twitch and I hear her gasp.

"Taylor, baby, can you hear me? Open your eyes for me baby" she says. I try to open them but nothing happens. I try again and my eyes twitch alittle. I slowly open my eyes and blink a couple of times, adjusting to the light.

"your awake" Em said relieved, giving me a drink of water.

"can you kiss me before you start asking questions? I just missed you so much." she laughs and gives me a kiss. We break apart when we heard ew's. I look over and see my babies.

"are you three just going to stand there or are you going to give your mama a hug and kiss?" I ask them. They all jump up and rush over, climb on the bed, and all hug me.

"I missed you all" I tell them, kissing all of there heads.

"we missed you to mama" they all say.

A coupe days later

(pack meeting)

Emerys POV-

"I called this meeting to discuss the leadership of this pack since I have taken alpha Ryan as a prisoner for attacking my mate, alpha Taylor. My third in command, Scarlett, and her mate/your beta also known as my brother, Tommy, will take over leadership until my adopted son, Ashton, becomes of age. Then he will be taking over. Any questions?" A lady in the middle raised her hand.

"what about your two biological children? Why not give them each a pack?"

"the twins are going to share my pack. I'm going to train them to work together so they could both run the pack. Ashton gets this pack because he's just as much my kids as the twins are. This way I won't have to choose between my kids and they won't have any rivalries." I tell everyone. "In exactly one week your pack will be moving into the free territory right next to my territory that way everyone is near each other and can get to know each other with the rest of my pack. Everyone should start packing. Dismissed." I turned to Taylor and my friend, "Get ready. Were going to the beach" and sprint upstairs to get the kids ready before they could protest.

As me and Taylor soak up sun, the others were sitting around eating their lunches. I decide now would be better then ever. I sit up and reach into my bag, pulling out the black velvet box. I turn back around and straddle Taylor's waist. She opens her eyes and looks up at me, not noticing the box yet.

"what are you doing babe?"she asks.

"Taylor, I love you with all my heart and I never want to be with out you for as long as I live. You make me happy and as cliche as it is, you complete me. You are my one and only and I can't live without you."

As she hears how serious its getting she sits up with me on her lap, still straddling her.

"You make me feel like i'm falling i'm love with you again each and everyday. Not a day goes by were I don't look at you and wonder how I became so lucky. You love my kids like there your own and care for them without a complaint. I love you with all my heart and I always will. Taylor, will you marry me?" I ask, putting the box between us and opening it. By now we have the others attention. When she sees the ring, she gasps.

"yes" she says, cupping my face and smashing her lips to mine. I pull away and put the ring on her finger. The others 'aw' as I kiss her again.
