Training with Shatter part 2

Shatter's P.O.V

I moved to the side as Roy tipped and stumbled over himself trying to attack me. We have been at this for an hour and I saw they didn't pick up a thing.

"You need to focus." I said as I stepped away as Alexa tried to tackle me. Rex gave a light chuckle as he was standing watching us. I gave him a glare but he just smiled back.

"Maybe a demonstration will help." I said glancing at Rex, the smile in his face dropped emitly.

"Yeah I think that might help." Said Roy and Alexa in unison.

"Ok. Rex do you need you can help?" I asked him.

"Well....alright." He said walking over.

"Ok. I am going to show you a move that you can throw someone to the floor." I said moving at Rex and tossing him to the ground.

"Now you try on Roy." I said to Alexa. She did the move and got it right.

"Go. Now Roy do it to Alexa then you two can take a five minute break." I said as I help Rex off the floor.

"I hate you." He said to me.

"I think I can live with that." I said as the twins ran up the stairs.

"You enjoyed that." He said.

"Well you enjoyed watching me get annoyed at them." I replied. He just nodded.

"So what did you do over your travels?" He asked.

"I went all around. I actually went back to our original detention and see how things were." I said.

"How are things there?" He asked.

"Really good. I visited Fives, he is doing well. And so is everyone else, I believe." I said to him.

"That's good to hear." He said.

"Yeah..." I said with a light laugh. "...I need to ask you a question."

"What?" He asked.

"Do you trust me?" I asked very seriously.

"What kind of question is that?" He asked me.

"Just answer it!" I said a bit more harsh then I meant.

"Of course. I trust you with my life." He said.

"And if for some reason if I turned, you will stop me if you had to..." I said. "...and please just answer it." He was silent for a few moments then said "Yes. If it came to that."

"Good." I replied as I walked over to the back wall. Then I pushed on a part of the wall and a small compartment opened up. I took out a small box and brought it to Rex.

"Here." I said handing the box to him. He took it and opened it to find a dagger. The dagger had a pure white blade and the handle was black and smooth with cravings in it.

"This dagger can kill anyone or anything." I said.

"Are you trying to tell me something?" He asked.

"I....I just need you to trust me and if you had to use this on me you would." I said. He lookes at me very seriously then nodded and closed the box.

"Thank you." I said. Then Alexa and Roy came downstairs.

"Ready to get started again?" I asked them.

"No. Well I am not." Said Roy. I smiled and gave a light chuckle. But then there was a loud bang and marching footsteps. Then a girl with short brown hair and blue eyes came in. Then Ash came in after.

"Sorry Shatter, she slipped right by me." Said Ash.

"Shatter! I need your help." She said firmly.

"What did you do know?" I asked.

"I need your help." She said again.

"What happened?" I asked narrowing my eyes.

"There is kinda a serial killer and the police asked us but..." Said the girl trailing off

"You do know I am busy." I said.

"Please! Your a genuine. You are like Sherlock Holmes." She said.

"No. I am busy as you can probably see." I said.

"I'd you help us I will never bother you again." She said.

"You know he can tell when you lie." I said a voice coming from the chair. Everyone truned but me and saw a man dress in a suit of armor.

"Hi Shatter. How've you been?" He asked as he jumped up from the chair.

"I have been better, considering the fact Snake took me captive and tortured me." I replied.

"That must have been fun." He said.

"Sure. Form him." I said rubbing the back of me neck.

"So how about if you help us, we can try to get some information on Mr. Tall, Dark and Creepy." He replied.

"Alright. I'll help you." I said.

"Told you." The man in armor said to the girl. She just stuck her tongue out at her.

"Who are they?" Asked Rex.

"This is Amder White and Falcon." I said intruding the pare.

"White?" Asked Alexa.

"Yeah. You may know my brother, Grey White. He is the biggest.... Began Amder but I cut her off by says "let me just know what happened so I can get back to the figuring how to defeat Snake."

"Alright then, so do you think you come to our demotion?" Asked Falcon.

"Yes. Rex? Wanna join me?" I asked.

"Sure." He replied.

"Ok. Ash your incharg. Alexa, Roy keep practicing what I should you, expect to be able to see you can through a 30 pound Gorilla to the floor." I said as I walked out.

"Oh yeah I forgot that Shatter dose the not-taking-and-just-leave the-room-thing." Said Falcon.
