Chapter 14

I walk to the hall peacefully with the Marauders for dinner. James put his hand out for me to take but I flinched away and he had a sad look on his face. I turned and looked at the others who were too busy talking to care apart from Remus who was watching me. As soon as I looked at him he looked away and we both blushed.  I don't know why , I just did. James raised and eyebriw at me and I rolled my eyes. I took his hand and he grinned at me we walked hand in hand to the hall and as soon as the doors were open all eyes were on us. Most of the people were giving me pitiful looks whilst others were giving me guilty looks.  "Scarlett!" Severus and Lily shouted and they ran upto me. I hugged them and they hugged back. "Don't Scare me like that Scarlett, you're one of my only friends and I couldn't lose you" He said quietly and I hugged him tighter.
We finally pulled apart and said our goodbyes. I turned and all of the Marauders were staring at me asif id just killed someone right infron of them . Remus glared at Severus and We all took our seats on the dining table "So you and Snape are you two together?" Sirius asked raising an eyebrow.  Remus who was sitting next to me visibly tensed and James raisied his eyebrow at him. "Yep were going out" I lied to see there reactions. They all stared at me wih disbelief and I burst out laughing.  "O-h my god you b-belived me" they all began laughing and when we settled down I answered truthfully "Honestly I've never even had a boyfriend plus in too busy into werewolf fanfictions to need guys" James and Sirius raised an eyebrow at me and Peter went into his own little imaginative world. "So werewolves huh?"
