"Now, welcome, 5 Seconds of Summer!" The crowd clapped, fans screamed, cameras flashed. Even though I've been doing this for at least four years now, I still haven't gotten used to this. All of us walked on stage, smiling (me faking a smile) and waving at the crowd. Each of us took turns shaking the interviewer's hand before sitting down on the couch.
I sat in between Michael and Calum, looking at the interviewer guy, who's name I already forgot. He clapped along with the crowd, smiling at each of us. I looked down at the front row, making eye contact with Rose.
"Hi guys." He said, picking up his cue-cards. I fiddled with my fingers, propping up one of my legs. Ashton was doing the same and I could tell he was nervous as well. Not Michael or Calum, I'm pretty sure they are incapable of being nervous.
"Let's get started with the latest drama," he mused, eyes looking into mine. "Luke! What's been going on with the girlfriend drama recently?" He asked, acting interested. I rolled my eyes but smiled nonetheless.
"It was nothing, the press exaggerated the whole thing. Rose is one of my sister's friends from back home, we went to high school together and she's recently came back. Blaire and I are still together and still going strong." I fake smile when the audience started to clap.
''She seems like more than a friend in everyone's eyes.'' I sighed, tugging on my lip ring with my teeth.
''No, we're pretty good friends as well. She helped me get through some stuff and I helped her. Like I said before, she's an old friend from high school.'' He soon dropped it causing me to sigh in relief.
''So no one is single, am I right?'' He asked after glancing at his cue-card. I looked at Ashton who just shook his head.
''Nope, I'm a single pringle.'' He grinned when the crowd roared.
''What about the girl you brought with you today?'' This guy is relentless. Ashton frowned, making eye contact with Bradlie. She just smiled, acting like whatever Ashton was about to say wouldn't effect her.
''She's a good friend of mine from back home.'' He responded, putting his hands together and pursing his lips in annoyance. I held back a laugh when Michael made a weird face in hopes of cheering Ashton up.
''Michael, this was one of the fans' most asked question on Twitter. What color are you gonna dye your hair next?'' Michael giggled, running his fingers through his thin hair.
''I don't actually know but I think I'm gonna stay red, it seems like a fan favorite.'' The building filled with girly screams making all of us laugh. ''Wait, is it okay to swear?'' This time I started to laugh really hard. The guy rolled his eyes with a small laugh before nodding, Michael fist pumping.
''How about you Calum, how is your latest relationship going?''
'It's going great, Maddie is a lovely girl that I hope will put up with my shit.''
The guy asked Calum some other question after that and I zoned out the whole thing. The only thing that was on my mind was Rose. Rose, Rose, Rose. We're obviously not just 'old friends'. Well, to me at least.

"You handled that a lot better than I thought you would, props." Calum smiled, holding up his fist. I rolled my eyes before giving him a fist bump. The two of us walked into our dressing room, Calum laughing when he noticed Michael on the band snapchat. As he was in the middle of one Calum ran over and jumped on top of him, Michael releasing a loud groan in pain.
''The fans will love that.'' Calum smiled, snatching the phone from Michael.
I always loved interacting with the fans, it always let me escape from my thoughts but not lately. Lately they've been insulting any girl that steps anywhere near us, always asking questions about us. I had a personal life, I don't always sing and play guitar, I do other things.
