~Chapter 1~

Mari POV.

All the smosh games crew were sitting at the table, we were about to film a lunch time with smosh games. Lasercorn was sitting at my right and Wes at my left. It was weird because Wes was looking kind of sad today and you know Wes, he's never sad. He's always that happy little puppy that's always smiling.

For lunch we ordered pepperoni pizza. Lasercorn took the camera and started to film.

"Hey guys welcome to lunchtime with smosh games!" Lasercorn said to the camera.

-Jump into the future after having lunch (still Mari POV)-

We finished our food and ended the video. We gave the footage to Wes so he could edit it but he was still looking sad.

"Humm Wes." I said, worried.

"Yeah?" Wes answered with interrogation in his voice.

"You look sad, what's going on?" I said with a sad voice.

"Erm... nothing, don't worry about it." Wes said looking at the ground.

"I worry about it, please tell me. You look even sadder then when Joven stole your chocolate chip cookie." I said. That made him smile a little.

"My girlfriend broke up with me yesterday." Wes said with tears filling his eyes then falling on his cheeks.

"WHAT!" I shouted. Everyone in the office gave me weird looks but I didn't care. I gave him a big hug.

Wes POV.

Mari was giving me the thing that I needed; a hug. Her hug just felt so good and so right at the same time.  I can't describe it, it's just so good. Nobody has ever hugged me like that. I never wanted her to stop. Wait, am I getting feeling for one of my best friends? It's probably just my emotions that are messed up because of yesterday.

"Do you want to come to my place tonight, we can play some video games and watch Netflix so you can feel better?" Mari asked with a little voice.

"I'm gonna finish to edit the video and after I'm coming to your place okay?" I said.

"Perfect." She answered and grinned.

Mari POV

I was waiting for Wes at my apartment, I already ordered some hamburgers and some hotdogs for us. I hope Wes will feel better after because it's killing me to see him sad like that.

A "beep" from my iPhone took me out of my thoughts. The message was from Wes.

"I'm on the road, I'm here in about 5 minutes."

"Wes!! Don't text while driving! You could get an accident!"

"Don't worry I'm on a red light, oh wait now it's green I need to go, see you in 5 minutes :D."

He was right, 5 minutes later I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door and a happy Wes faced me.

"Wanna play Mario Kart 8?" I asked.

"Hell yeah!" He answered, excited.

We played a little bit of Mario Kart 8 and after 10 minutes the hamburgers and the hotdogs arrived. We took about half and hours to eat our delicious meal while playing Mario kart. Obviously Wes beat me at every single game but the most of the time I was second place.

At 7:00 pm we decided to put on some Netflix. We watched 2 episodes of Attack on Titan and after we chose to watch a Horror movie, Sinister. And you know how much I'm scared when I watch horror movies so during the entire movie I had my hands in front of my eyes and some time I was holding Wes's hands because I was so afraid.

Wes POV

During the entire movie Mari was really scared so she took my hand and it felt so good. It was and amazing feeling.

I think I started to have some feeling for her but I can't tell her, she already has a boyfriend. If I tell her, it could ruin our friendship forever. I looked at my phone, it was already 11:30 pm.

"Mari it's pretty late I think I'm gonna go back to my place, we have work tomorrow." I said with a sad voice.

"Okay, I hope you feel better." She answered.

"Yeah, but before leaving I will help you clean the place. I'm not a jerk so I'm not going to leave you clean everything by yourself." I said. I helped her clean the house and I took my keys to leave.

Mari POV.

Wes was about to leave, he took his keys and opened the door but he stopped. He walked inside and went in front of me. What the hell is he doing?

Our faces were so close. His face was closer and closer to mine and I didn't know what to do and his lips touched mine. This kiss was full of passion but I broke it and pushed Wes.

"What the fuck dude! I have a boyfriend." I said aggressively.

"I-I'm so sorry I...I didn't mean to do that." He answered and storm out of my apartment without looking back.
