Darkness grabs you from behind. You don't expect it and who would? But you welcome it with open arms as if it were a long lost friend. In this darkness we are left feeling lonely in a crowded room, having no hope when life is good, and yet we get shamed for our feelings. We try to get better, some succeed and others, well we die trying. But the darkness will leave you for days and then it comes back again and again.
