Chapter 3:Missions-not really.

Ugh!!!!!!!!

We were waiting silently in the trees and bushes as our 'target' calmly did it's thing.

"Sasuke point A"

"Sakura point B"

"......Naruto point C, believe it!"

"Chikara point D" I said in a bored tone.

"Too slow Naruto, and don't be so bored Chikara. OK team seven move!" Kakashi said through the ear piece.

"When we get down with this stupid mission, then I'll maybe consider being happy." I mumbled as I leaped on to an overhanging branch.

Stupid people and their stupid problems

I huffed as I landed and crossed my arms. Everyone was now in position to attack. We waited for Kakashi to give us the call.

"OK team 7, GO!" Kakashi yelled as everyone but me jumped out to get the target.

I sighed and jumped down next to Sasuke. Naruto was the first to grab the stupid cat and at the moment was being clawed in the face.

Ugh stupid cat

Before I knew it Naruto threw the cat resulting in me catching it. Once it was in my arms he cuddled and purred. I had a very confused look as Sasuke and Kakashi confirmed the target.

"Yep it's Zora all right. Mission accomplished" Kakashi said as we started to walk towards the Hokage's office.

"I HATE CATS!!"Naruto yelled while crossing his arms angrily.

I just chuckled at his actions and continued on. Once we made it to the old man's office we gave the cat to the owner. She practically squeezed the life out of her.

Poor kitty.

I sighed and waited for the old man to give us a new mission to do. Once the lady left he turned towards us.

"Okay team 7 your next mission is to watch the councils grandson, help his wife with grocery's, help out with the garden... " he said but got interrupted.

"NOOOOO!! THOSE ARE BABY MISSIONS!!" Naruto yelled while putting his arms in an x formation.

I sighed and tuned everyone out. The old man and Iruka will probably start giving lectures and yelling.

Hmm what should I make for dinner...maybe some sushi.

"SILENCE!!!!" The old man yelled as I jumped in surprise.

Kakashi scratched the back of his head nervously.

"Sorry hokage sama" Kakashi said.

"Stop treating me like a kid, I'm a ninja now not some brat. Well I'm not some prankster anymore. So you don't have to treat us like some kids." He yelled before turning around and pouting.

I sweat dropped and sighed at his actions.

You look like a kid when you pout like that.

"So Naruto wants to prove he isn't a brat but a former brat. So be it, I'll give you a C rank mission." He said before leaning back in his chair.

"Yes!" Naruto yelled while fist pumping the air.

Everyone was rather surprised by the hokage's decision.

"Now you will be guarding a client and taking them to their home safely." He said while Naruto cheered some more.

"Who is it? A federal lord? A prince?" A princess?!?" He asked excitedly.

"Bring him in" The hokage said to a Chunnin nearby.

The door opened and the smell of Sake filled the air. I covered my nose and my eyes watered.

How much did he drink.

An old guy stepped in taking a swig out of a big sake bottle. I sighed and shook my head.

I'd rather have a D rank mission.

"What is this?! A bunch of snot nosed brats?! And look at that short one with the stupid look on his face!?" He yelled while pointing at us.

"Heh wonder who the stupid one his" Naruto said as we all sweat dropped.

Sasuke and Sakura stood closer to show they were taller. He then looked towards me with hope. I sighed.

"Naruto I believe he said him" I pointed out sadly.

He got really angry and tried to run at the client.

"Why you!! I'll kill you!!" Naruto yelled as Kakashi held him back.

"Now Naruto you can't kill the client" he said while sweat dropping at Naruto's actions.

This is gonna be a long mission.

"OK team 7 meet at the gate in 30min" Kakashi said before poofing off.

I flashed to me and Sasuke's house and grabbed a small bag. I put an extra pair of my clothes. Some food and water along with a sleeping bag. I then grabbed a ton of my kunai and put them in my pouch. Lastly I grabbed my swords, Yin and Yang, and placed them on my back.

I headed out the door just as Sasuke arrived at the house.

"Next time take me with" he said as he playfully pushed me.

I laughed and flashed to the gate. The client was already there and screamed when I appeared.

"How did you do that?" He yelled while pointing at me.

I chuckled and pulled out one of my special kunai.

"These kunai have special seals that I teleport to." I said with a closed eye smile.

Kakabaka chuckled and walked over.

"How did you learn to use those?" He asked curiously.

"It was easy to be honest. I bought some at the store because they where sooooooo cheap. Then I read a book about them and just figured it out." I said casually.

He seemed surprised by my answer. Soon Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura appeared and stood by us.

"Hey sir what is your name?" Sakura asked before we left.

"I'm Tazuna, the master bridge builder. I expect you to take me to my home safely. You must protect me with your lives" He said as we started on the mission.

Why would we need to protect you with our lives. It is only a c rank.

I kept an eye out and became more observant. I enhanced my senses.

I don't think this is gonna be easy.

Naruto cheered as we left.

"I'm a traveler now!!" He yelled happily.

He didn't have a care in the world.

I fear this mission is gonna get to dangerous.
