Joshua Dun...

"Wow, your house is huge Ty!" I exclaim and dropped my bookbag lightly onto the ground with Patrick and Pete's.

"The funny thing is, Tyler doesn't think it is." Patrick smirks and guides us to the kitchen. He goes to the fridge and tosses a Coke to Pete. "Do you want one Josh?"

"Um, sure. I don't see why not." I shrug accepting the cold drink from Patrick's small hand. He takes out a bottle of Lipton iced tea for himself and tosses a bottle of Fiji water to Tyler. "You are also drinking rich bitch water Tyler."

"That is a rude word Josh." Pete jokes and takes a couple sips of his Coke. Patrick begins to tell me a story of what they did this one time when they were middle schoolers, but I wasn't paying much attention. I was noticing every, single, thing that Tyler was doing. How he held his drink, how he opened his mouth to say something but didn't, and how he got angry at how he can't say anything.
Then there was Pete. Who looked like everything Patrick said was gold. Word is that they got married a few years after high school. Pretty young right? I heard Tyler was best man too; I didn't doubt it.

"Hello, Earth to Josh!" Tyler said waving his arms in front of me. I look down at the smaller man in front of me.

"Sorry Ty. What is it?" I ask as he grabs hold on my hand, making my face heat up.

"Patrick and Pete went down to the lounge to play video games. Want to come with?" Tyler smiled when I nodded. God, I miss his smile so much.

"What games do even have?" I ask as he unscrews the cap.
"What don't I have should be the actual question." Tyler writes with an annoyed expression on his perfect face.

"Sorry for asking, Baby Boy." I chuckle earning a strained smile on Tyler's tired expression. "Um, where's the lounge again?"

"Oh, sorry. I never showed you around." Tyler face-palms and guides me to a large room with what looked like a cinema screen. It was that huge.

"Why do you have such a giant TV?" I ask earning a silent giggle from the small boy. "I'm being serious!"

"His parents only want the best for their award winning baby boy." Pete's voice was sour. I want to meet these people. Tyler drags me to a couch and sits down, resting his head on the arm. I sit down next to him and put my arm behind his head.

"Josh, do you want to play in my place?" Patrick asks sweetly. He's a little Angel.

"No, but thanks Pat." I give him a small smile. Patrick just shrugs and continues to play, completely oblivious to the fact that Pete's trying to hold Patrick's hand. I think Pete tried too hard, to be honest.

"I love how there is so much space on the couch, but Josh is sitting right next to Tyler." Pete points out making Patrick hit him in the arm muttering 'shut up, it's cute' repeatedly. "Patrick, stop hitting me. Ow, stop!"

"Tyler, are you in the lounge?" We all stop, looking towards the open door and see a middle aged woman staring back at us. Her soft brown eyes were like Tyler's, but hers were cold and distant. Her hair was curled, her clothes were a crisp and sophisticated looking suit. "Tyler, who's the boy next to you?"

"I'm Josh Dun." I say politely, standing up and giving her a small smile. "You must be Tyler's mother."

"I am." She says simply. She turns on her heel and leaves, but not before shouting folder her shoulder: " Dinner's in 30 minutes. Tell your friends to leave Tyler."

"God, what a bag of vaginas." Pete curses, turning off the console and grabbing his and Patrick's stuff.

"Pete, give her the benefit of the doubt." Patrick says, patting his arm. "She's pretty for her age. She mist be very vain and hates Tyler for taking all her beauty."

"Wow, and I thought I was the blunt one." Pete says, laughing.

"Why? What did I say?" Patrick asks as he followed Pete out.

"I guess I should go now." I give Tyler a small hug before grabbing my shit and going to my car. Tyler's mother stepped out of the kitchen and grabbed my arm. Tightly.

"If you make my son go, gay or any of those other things, I will destroy everything you stand for." She whispered, trying to get me scared. Nothing is scary to me.

"Gay is not a disease. Tyler was born with it." I snap before pulling my arm away and going to my car. Leaving that house was very difficult for me. I didn't want to go home and face my demons. But I had an obligation to my family.
