Birthday Surprise! Part 1

Hello everyone hope you enjoy! This is the first part of surprise birthday. Some stories may be one shot or longer just depends and it won't be in any particular order. I will also be including Tao, Kris and Luhan in the story because I love OT12!!! Also this is my first EXO fanfic please be gentle lol. Thank you!

Sydnie POV

I was carrying my daughter through the lobby of a hotel in Shanghai, China passing most of the girls sitting there waiting for exo to arrive. No one beside exo, the manager and SM CEO knew lay and I had gotten married and currently had a two year old daughter.
We were coming to surprise said exo dancer who was having a concert tonight. It was his birthday today and when I called him a couple of days ago, he was telling me how he wanted to spend his birthday with his family and was upset he couldn't because of his schedule. It wasnt that he didnt like spending his birthday with the other members it had just been awhile sine he had seen his family. It was Exos third concert in China and tomorrow they leave for Thailand to continue their exo'lution concert series. Hearing how upset he was I jumped the the earliest flight I could to make it on time.
Maria was in my arms asleep both of us exhausted from the long plane ride. I walked up to the lady at the front desk and checked us into a room mentally thanking Lay for teaching me a little Manderin to be able to get around. After I laid Maria on the bed and covered her up I started unpacking when my phone went off playing Exo Overdose loudly, I quickly grabbed it answering it so it wouldn't wake up my little girl. "Hello?" I said quietly turning to make sure the music didn't wake her. "Nî hâo Aí ren. (Hello sweetheart)" Lay said on the other end. No matter how tired I was hearing lays voice always seemed to make me smile. "Shēng rì Kùai lè! (Happy Birthday) How are you? Are you eating and sleeping enough?" I asked sitting on the bed, Maria stirs some and I reach over and lightly rub her tummy to calm her enough to sleep again. "Shi (yes) I have been. Still tired though, I miss you and maria. How is my baby girl?" He asked I heard shuffling on the other end and figured he just sat down. "She's fine she's taking a nap, she's been playing outside yelling for her bába (father)." I half lied and chuckled getting up and stretching. Sitting 18 hours on a flight wasn't the most fun. "She watched obe of exos performances last night on the computer when the paper covering you guys came down. She clapped and I laughed so hard. Didnt expect you and Chen to still be shirtless." I said walking circles around the room to get the stiffness out of my legs.
He chuckled and sighed. "We're going back to the hotel now from practice to rest a little before the concert tonight." He said and I heard yelling in the back laughing figuring the rest of exo were there as well. Maria started crying having just woke up from her nap. "I have to go lay maria is awake and I have to feed her.wǒ ài nǐ (I love you) Zhāng rest a lot!" I said and smiled picking up maria and she quickly quit crying. "wǒ ài nǐ Sydnie and maria too, I'll call you later." He said and hung up. I hung up and threw the phone on the bed and looked at Maria who was stairing at herself in the mirror and making faces. "Come on baby we have to get ready bába is on his way here." I cooed to her and she smiled clapping "bába! Bába!" She yelled smiling.
I smiled at her and ran my fingers through her curly hair that she gets from me. "We're going to surprise him at the pool. You can wear the bathing suit he bought you and we will just say we are big fans of his. " I Said and laid her on the bed and started changing her diaper. She put one of her chewing toys in her mouth and looked up at the ceiling like it was the most interesting thing in the world.

Lay POV

I hung up the phone and staired at my home screen and smiled. It was a picture of my wife Sydnie her blonde hair pulled back and she was smiling holding our baby girl Maria. "Don't worry Lay you'll see them soon." Suho said putting a hand on my shoulder and smiled. I sighed and nodded "Your right no reason to be so down." I said and smiled.
I heard yelling behind me and saw D.O had Kai in a head lock. "Take it back!" He yelled no telling what Kai said this time to get under the vocalist skin. Kyungsoo may look harmless but when angry that's something different. I turned back around and looked out the window falling quickly asleep till we got to the hotel.
