When the jurors left the courtroom, a male and female talk about the problem. Both of these jurors thought that Antigone was innocent. "Sentenced to death for the murder of her own brothers. That is really silly if you ask me." The female tells the male juror.
"Did you hear Haimon, Antigone's wife, arguing with Creon? They were very loud. Haimon really believes that she is not guilty, as do I. For Creon's son, he really didn't believe a single word Creon said." the male says.
"I wish Creon would believe Haimon. I mean Haimon has been with her since they've been married. He of all people would know if she was lying or not." She replies to the man.
"This is just sad. I wish there could be a way to let her free or at least lessen her sentence to a year or two. Antigone was such a kind soul although she has gotten into devil's play," the man says.
"I guess there is nothing we can do. Come on, let's go get a cab home." The woman replies.
