Dinner Plans

I stayed a little bit longer with Reed at his house, but then I looked at the time, 11:00.

"Reed, I think I have to go home now."

"What, why?"

"It's 11 o'clock and my parents are going to freak."

"Well, I guess. I'll walk you home."

"Okay."

I helped Reed pick up the house before we left because that would've left him a whole bunch of mess that he would have to clean up on his own. Then I grabbed my things before we headed out.

We were walking on the sidewalk in silence when Reed grabbed my hand and I did the same for him.

"Vi?"

"Yeah?"

"Um, so when am I gonna meet your parents?"

"How about tomorrow? My parents aren't working tomorrow so I'll invite you over for dinner. Just make sure to dress nice, okay? My parents are very picky on who I date."

"Okay. And how about you come over for dinner with my family at my house on Sunday?"

"Sure."

"Come to my house around 6:30?"

"Yes, that'll be nice."

We fell into another silence. It wasn't an awkward silence it was more that we were just in deep thought. We finally got to my house.

"Oh and the dinner tomorrow is at 6 o'clock, okay?"

"Yes."

We hugged and he gave me a kiss on the cheek.

"Goodnight Violet."

"Goodnight Reed."

With that I opened the door and waved goodbye. When he was no longer on the porch I closed the door and went inside. I ran upstairs and went to go put on my pajamas. I put on a black tank top and some fluffly shorts. I layed down on my bed thinking of how tomorrow would go.

Hey guys! So sorry I took a long time to write another chapter but I don't use Wattpad on the computer, my mom took my Ipod (which she still has -_-, and my phone is retarted. Well, I wrote about 5 more chapters on paper so that I can finish the story.
